Chic Departure - Custom Content Collection

Hello again lovelies! This set was finished sooner than I thought, but I absolutely love the outcome.

This set is focused on boujee sims who love to travel in style.

Includes 8 new meshes, all made by me (so BGC, no packs needed)

All LODS and Shadows + semi-low-poly. I tried to stay as low as possible, but the bag and headphones are mid to high-poly, so be aware!

Bag is functional and functions like a backpack! You can put stuff in it for storage :)

Camera is functional, I included a deco version for clutter purposes

Headphones are very much inspired by the Miu Miu headphones ♡

Simlish Passports come in 2 versions, one with and one without boarding passes

I last minute added a simlish Kindle (idea is by the lovely Karin/@blushedtrait), so it's not included in the main photo, but it is included in the set! :), the kindle and the rest of the items are decorative!

NOTE- As many of you know this is my second set, I think I did improve in my cc creation skills but I do think there is still much to improve on. But I learn as I go! I hope you all will still enjoy this cute collection as much as I had creating it ♡

Pictures are taken with Gshade so the colours might differ in your game!

MylittleponyOh Starter Pack - The Sims 4 Version (Plot twist, it's not AI generated !)

You have probably seen this AI Prompt going crazy lately, and I loved the idea behind it, BUT, as a 3D artist, if I had time, I would definitely make it myself rather than generate it with AI. I don't have the time BUT, I have the Sims 4 and you do too ! So, I've created a PSD file with layers so if you also want to do your Simself Starter Pack version and don't want to use AI you can ! I love how not using AI pushed me to be creative ! All the textures have been hand drawn in Gimp ! How to do it ?

In game, take pictures of your simself with or without poses (I used one tehehe), and objects that represent yourself. Preferably a front view !

Supress the background of the in game pictures (I used this one online).

Get all the layers + your simself + objects in a 2D Editing Software (I mostly use Gimp and Canva) and place it as you like ! (I have created a blank layer just so you know where to place your different pictures !)

Add drop shadows to your pictures so it constrats with the background !

Add your own text ! (I did mine on Canva).

Dogwood Records 🎧

Have you ever wanted to own a record store? Now you can! Well, in game at least (lol). I always had this vision of what I wanted my store to look like- and I have finally created this set that kind of brought that vision to life. Dusty wooden furniture, neon lights, record players and records scattered everywhere were just some of the things I had in mind but I hope this set will bring you so much more.

Fun fact: I wanted to add functionality to this set so the records can be sold & bought (when placed on the Stairway To Heaven retail shelf) at your small business (requires the Business & Hobbies EP)! Once your sim buys them, they can be found in the Household Inventory. What's a better b'day present for a sim than their favorite record? There's also a magazine/comic book rack so that your customers can entertain themselves while listening to their favorite artist. 🎵

Bollhusgränd - a cc shell by moonwoodhollow

Technically this isn't a complete shell, as it houses a fully furnished Yoga Studio on the ground floor, but considering that the rest of the house is unfurnished except for basic bathrooms and a kitchen I think it can be considered a shell still. This was my first build in Nordhaven and originally a commission for a fully furnished build. Luckily I got permission to share the build and I hope you'll love it as much as I do! This lot is also a semi-minimal cc build (100mb).

So what do you get?

Bollhusgränd is a 20x20 lot best placed in Nordhaven in the Gammelvik neighbourhood on the Comfortably Canalside lot. The lot is currently set as a residential lot. With the new pack, you could combine it as a residential/business lot. The lot consists of one yoga studio with separate access and a family home comprising 3 floors. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor in total. 2 bedrooms share an ensuite bathroom, while the master bedroom has its own ensuite. There's another guest bathroom on the 2nd floor.

Uses items from the following packs: looks best with almost all packs. But a tip: take a look at the build in the gallery and click on the packs to see the items I used from that pack, it might also look good with fewer packs.
