El mes de julio sin duda fue muy agotador, demasiadas actividades en poco tiempo.

En teoría son vacaciones, pero tomé cursos de verano en la universidad, así que no tuve un descanso. Además de que comencé a entrenar nuevamente, y aunque me hace sentir bien, al final del día terminaba rendida.

La temporada de lluvias comenzó, por lo que el clima ha sido de gran ayuda. Aunque había días en los que los rayos del sol se sentían muy intensos (justo cuando tocaba topografía) por lo que también terminaba de alguna forma un poco irritada.

¡No se olviden de usar el protector solar!
