Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’ın İslamcı hükümeti, Afganistan ve Pakistan’daki Türk cihatçılara yönelik ABD ve Alman istihbaratına karşı harekete geçen polis şeflerini hedef aldı.

Türkiye ile 2009 yılında paylaşılan istihbarat, Türkiye’den İslami Cihad Birliği’ne ve Avrupa’daki Türk diasporasına katılan Türk militanlar ile ilgiliydi. IJU, Pakistan’ın kuzeybatısındaki Afganistan sınırındaki Kuzey Veziristan’da ortaya çıktı ve hem El Kaide hem de Taliban ile bağlantılıydı. Özbekistan İslami Hareketi’nden (IBU) parçalanmış bir gruptu ve Avrupa’daki diaspora topluluklarından bazıları da dahil olmak üzere birçok Türk cihatçıyı cezbetti.

Mohammed bin Zayed is one of the sons of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, founder of the UAE and a brother brother of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, current President of the UAE

Mohammed bin Zayed was born in the city of Abu Dhabi in the UAE in 1961 on March 11, he graduated from Sandhurst Royal Military Academy in the United Kingdom in 1979

Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed is the third son of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and the son of Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak. He is married to Sheikha Salama bint Hamdan Al Nahyan and has nine children.

In November 2003, his father, Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, appointed him as Deputy Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi. After the death of his father, he assumed the jurisdiction of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in November 2004. He also, since December 2004, served as Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, responsible for the development and planning of the emirate.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has made significant contributions to the foreign policy and Emirati foreign relations and to increasing the UAE's ties with countries outside the MENA region

Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed also holds the position of Vice President of the Supreme Petroleum Council, which oversees Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, and is the main body responsible for hydrocarbon resources in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed also has contributions. Charitable work, as in 2011, Mohammed bin Zayed and the Gates Foundation pledged $ 50 million to finance the purchase and delivery of vaccines for children in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
