Hello! I live with a bunch of cats and take a whole bunch of pictures of them. When my housemate's cat was like 3 days out from giving birth, I realized I wanted to take hundreds of kitten photos and give them a place to post. Enter this blog!
Kitten mama's own mama was the first cat living here. She was white with calico spots on her back, so I called her Koi. When her kittens were born, I temporary-named them all after fish to continue the tradition. Hence, fishcats!
I'm thinking I'll continue that tradition with the newest generation of kittens, too. We're living in an ocean of cats.
