Keeyan's Room

Keeyan's room is kept as simple as exquisite taste would allow. The bed is springy, with freshly washed sheets and fluffed pillows. Two dimmable lights are right above the bed, allowing for it to turn into a nightlight during nighttime hours. An in the wall bookccase in located next to the bed, allowing for easy storage of trophies and assorted bric-a-brac. A fluffy cloud shaped rug is located on the floor next to the bed. A basket full of age appropriate toys is at the foot of the bed.

A ladder leads up to second level where a net for play is located along with age appropriate books, and a lounging chaise. The net is supported by a series of interlocking supports, each locked in place to prevent removal. An indoor slide allows for easy access back down to the lower level of the room. Two white beanbag chairs are opposite of each other.

A hidden speaker system has recently been configured into all of the rooms of the penthouse. It is connected to the generator to prevent it from going out, even when the power has been cut throughout the penthouse at large.

There's been peppermint scented oil diffusers placed throughout the penthouse, leaving the aroma of the Fisk family home with a minty fresh scent. Additionally, there have been candy bowls filled with peppermints placed in various places throughout the house. A box of mint body spray has been placed in the bathroom along with a bottle of mint soap. Cans of mint bug spray have been placed under the kitchen sink.

Hecate's Room

This room belongs to Hecate, the newest member of the Fisk family. The shadows in this room flicker from place to place, almost as if they are alive. The main light has been reconfigured to connect instead to the string lights that decorate the room. Drapes cover the window ensuring no light gets in unless they are deliberately moved.

Mercenary Contract

This Contract is entered into between Fisk Industries and [Mercenary's Name].

Fisk Industries engages the Mercenary to provide specialized services. The Mercenary agrees to perform the services to the best of their ability and in accordance with the terms outlined herein.

1. Compensation

The Mercenary shall receive a base pay of $3,000 per job. This can be wired through an account, given in the form of a written check, paid in cash, or paid in the form of valuable items.

Fisk Industries reserves the right to adjust the Mercenary's compensation based on performance, additional responsibilities, or market conditions.

2. Services and Duties

The Mercenary agrees to perform various tasks and assignments as directed by Fisk Industries, which may include but are not limited to: Security detail, retrieval of assets, protection services, extermination of rivals/enemy groups, and other specialized tasks as required.

Fisk Industries and The Mercenary shall exercise discretion and confidentiality in performing the services and shall not disclose any information regarding operations or clients to any third party or family members without prior written consent.

3. Weapons and Equipment

The Company shall provide necessary weapons, equipment, and tools required for the mercenary to perform their duties safely and effectively.

If The Mercenary declines to use company provided weapons and instead uses their own, they are doing so at their own risk and agree that Fisk Industries is not liable for any damages that may occur to their personal property.

4. Legal Protections and Insurance

The Mercenary shall be covered under the Company's liability insurance during the term of this Contract, providing protection against claims arising from the Mercenary's actions in the course of performing their services. A lawyer will be provided by Fisk Industries in the event that legal troubles should occur. As such, the company will also provide an alibi as needed.

The Mercenary will also gain access to the company's health insurance which include but are not limited to:

Medical Insurance: Comprehensive health coverage includes hospital stays, surgeries, preventative care, and injuries that were sustained on the job

Dental Insurance: Coverage for routine check-ups, cleaning, preventative care, fillings, crowns, and root canals

Vision Insurance: Eyes exams, full coverage on glasses and contacts

Mental Health Support: Access to counseling and wellness programs

Emergency contacts and extractions will not be provided unless The Mercenary specifically asks for it. This implies that all actions taken over the course of their services are done to and with their own consent and understanding of the risks involved with their line of duty.

5. Term and Termination

This Contract shall commence on [Date] and shall continue until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms herein.

Either party may terminate this Contract at any time with 3 days written notice to the other party.

6. Miscellaneous

This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral.

The penthouse smells of cleaning supplies, it's been cleaned recently. The place is spotless. Not a single thing is out of place.

There's a black dog laying on the floor a short distance away. He's woken up from his nap, watching Pietro as he enters the house, but hasn't moved from his spot.

Mary pulled the door to the penthouse open, she looked over to Pietro, her eyes widening a little in surprise. "Oh hello, Pietro!" She greeted with a bright smile. "What brings you by?"

The Pool

The room smells of chlorine. The pool is serviced routinely, and cleaned more often than not. It's meant for relaxation more than anything else. The pool is too shallow for diving, please use the stairs.

There's a bin of flotation devices off in the corner. A few chairs line the sides of the room, meant for the residents and the guests that may come by. There's a jacuzzi near the window, but each of the windows are covered for privacy from the city outside. You can only make out blurry outlines of the city.

The floor in this room is perpetually wet, walk slowly so you don't slip and fall.

The Game Room

The Game Room smells of cleaning supplies and the unyielding spirit of competition. Many games have been played and loss within this room. Defeats where souls have been crushed. Wins where souls have been elevated. You are guaranteed to have a life changing adventure in this room. Proceed with caution and may good luck shine on you, in an effort to help you win and avoid a terrible fate of a loss you will never come back from.

There's three games in this room, ping pong, foosball, and billiards. The equipment has been recently replaced. It smells new.

The Gym

A private gym for a private man, this gym was built exclusively for and by Wilson Fisk. He oversaw every placement of equipment and the design of the room itself. Everyone's been particularly careful about not messing up this room and maintaining its elegance. Even after all these years, not a single thing is out of place.

The Theater

This room is made primarily for comfort. There is a dial near the door for controlling and dimming the lights. There are speakers on the wall for an immersive experience when watching movies and shows.

There's chairs, all of which face the large screen in the center far wall of the room. The room smells of popcorn, likely due to the popcorn machine, which is filled with warm popcorn, ready for any and all residence and guests of the penthouse to come and enjoy a movie.

The Balcony

The balcony overlooks the city, giving a picturesque view to any who manage to make it out here. The New York City traffic is seen and heard below. The smells of the city waft by, a mixture of both good and bad. There's a few plants out here, all of which are professionally maintained.
