Chia Seed BreakFast Pudding aka No Cook, Overnight Keto 'Oatmeal' Recipe: 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, or Pumpkin Spice 1/4 tsp unflavored Gelatine 1/2 cup Coconut, or Almond Milk ( low sugar carb count ) 1/4 tsp pure Vanilla Extract ( not flavoring, or alcohol ) Dash of pure Sea Salt - Combine, cover & refrigerate overnight. Stir in Toppings before eating - to taste: a few Berries ( fresh or frozen ) several chopped Nuts, preferably soaked separately overnight, a few drops Sweet Leaf Vanilla and/or Toffee Stevia Drops, dash of real Whipping Cream. Maybe try adding other Seeds, low sugar carb Greek Yogurt, shredded Coconut, sprinkles of Cocoa Powder, grated high % Fine Dark Chocolate, Lilly's Chocolate, and/or Cacao. Be creative. Most people enjoy this as they become more fat adapted within a few weeks, since our tastebuds become more alive again the longer we eat only 20 - 30 carbohydrates per day, or less. Wait as many hours as possible before your eating window to extend your Ketogenic fast, burning up your stored fats as fuel; assuming you ate enough healthy fats at Dinner so you aren't really hungry overnight anymore. Keep up with your minerals like Potassium & Magnesium especially. This recipe helps me take my Vitamin Supplements, B Complex & essential Minerals without any stomach upset. I also recommend a Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp Sea Salt and juice of a Lemon, or Lime, drink once/day, before a meal. Keto on friends.
