It’s been awhile, but hi all! Life’s still been hectic, but let’s focus on the upside. For the most part, my weights been in an average range, at least not gaining too much. I do really need to get back to tracking and exercising more regularly, drinking my water, etc.
Me and my sister ran the 5k mud run we had planned! While our timing wasn’t amazing and I couldn’t run/jog the whole thing, I got it done, including all the obstacles!! So proud of myself! We’re planning on doing it again next year, so my goal is to actually train more fully and be able to improve by then.
