It's always been on of my goals to bench 95lbs 3 reps since college days when I started lifting. I never made it happen until this year. I haven't even been working on my benching consistently to be honest. I only started benching last month 2x a month. So I'm quite surprised that I can bench this much. Today I reached a new PR 105lb x2 reps! Thank you to the gym friend I made last month who spot and encouraged me to push that second Rep :)
