A little work with Athos in the biomechanics lab at Cal State Fullerton. Hamstrings were starting to feel it by this set of RDLs at 275. Those black tiles are force plates that detect every change of force placed throughout the movement. What you can't see are the bio sensors under my clothes reading the force of muscle contraction in real time. Super cool and highly useful tech.
