I crack up when I hear this phrase! It's truth at its finest :) I mean seriously peeps....I can lead you to the solution, give you all the advice in the world, share my success and my fellow challengers/coaches successes with you BUT if you aren't willing to do the work ain't no body going to do it for you ;) So...are you just going to stand there and stare at the water, wondering how it will taste??? Ok besides the obvious, what's the difference between these 2 pics? Every day people get dolled up, women put on their makeup, dress all nice and try to look their best. Now don't get me wrong I'm all for looking clean and polished (even if most days I could use a good dose of fashion police haha) But true beauty, happiness and confidence comes from inside. No amount of makeup, or high priced outfit is going to make you feel good on the inside. Start working on the inside, read or listen to daily personal development, be kind to yourself with daily affirmations, fuel your body with clean, nutritious food and workout daily. #fitwithblair #beforeandafter #transformations

Build simple, basic habits that you follow every day. You might notice my breakfasts are pretty much the same thing, with slight variations each day. This works for me cause I know I'm staying on track. So this was actually yesterday's WOD but my hubby and I didn't get around to it till super late. The only time that worked was after our youngest went down for bed. I'm so glad we fit it in though cause I can't tell you how sore I've been lately. Needed a good stretch!
