Can't believe I have to respond to this. First we must differentiate between an event and its signifier. The before and after of the event, and the duration of signifying during the event. That even if that event signifies something, does the signifying persists beyond the event, or does the end of the event equal that of the signifying. Simple stuff. And that's even assuming one mandates upon an immutability upon the signifying.

This could easily turn philosophical so let's start with something on the ground. Only just yesterday I was watching a reel where people on the streets are asked, If you had only 24 hours left to live, what would you do? A man said he would travel to other countries. A lady said she would sleep, repeatedly. Blah blah blah, you get the idea.
When I first began setting aright some mind upon this, I felt uncomfortable with the notion that known life span remainder be filled with activities to the brim. Surely the tempo and rhythm has to be right. But here's the thing, when the tempo and rhythm is right, it doesn't matter in the least bit what the fuck you do. Even for your very last 24 hours.

Then why doth my wanking feel not pleasurable anymore? Are we saying the one who prefers pleasure is not me? That I'm not yet me in total, thus certain things I identify as Ho are not real. Even if they feel real to me. Like I think original sin is nonsense, will I still think so when I'm fully him? And if the answer is no, that calls for a resistance. I don't want to be someone, albeit me and in fact more so if it is, who thinks original sin is a cool idea. And mind you, this is not just about wanking pleasure, which is important might I add, but a complete change in perspective about important things. If one day your core beliefs flip around, wouldn't you want to be there to notice, or do you just want to shrug it off when your friends ask you, Are you alright, like it never happened. The point is, how can there be such a drastic difference in worldview even when I'm not fully him?

Just to tighten the table, even if I refuse to partake, it's not as if I would easily feel bad or or immorally selfish since I'm sure I'm just a pawn that can be replaced, just another innocent life bound for the sacrificial (which btw your God is so talented at, just read your stupid bible). Logically speaking, one should sacrifice for the greater good, but even then there's still the question of timing, and I'm sure patience there must be aplenty, all parties involved, when it involves the killing of an innocent life. Not to mention I have the right to disagree with the philosophy behind it, so what if it's Godly, like what nonsense is this thing called original sin, and thus wholely refuse to partake in any of it.
