Ohhh now I get Hannibal's particular choice for Gideon's slow death. When they were having that conversation in the living room while Will was dissociated, Hannibal is like "Terrible thing, to have your identity taken from you" because he is very pissed by Gideon stealing his image and Gideon is like "I am taking it back one piece at a time"
