Ok so! I just noticed this, but GHOST re-wrote Arc and Say’s story to go w/chattering lack of common sense! You can find it in the video’s pinned comment, but I’ll also have it pasted bellow.

my brain: OOOOOHH WHAT THE HELL SHOULD I DO? I’VE BEEN FEELING OUT OF ORDER. I’VE BEEN SORTA NOTICING, FALLACIES AND THINGS THAT SEE ME. SURELY YOU’VE ALWAYS KNOWN. I’M A LITTLE OUT OF SORTS! FIRST IMPRESSIONS REBORN. THIS IS WHAT I’VE COME TO BE.

How to Absolutely Stop Pulling Hair for Trichotillomaniacs
I have trichotillomania. It’s shameful. It’s frustrating. It’s no fun. I know what it’s like to lose 75% of my hair in a few months!
But, I’m doing better now. All because of one little trick I found on the internet.
THE TRICK:
-Every day, for five minutes, stand in front of the mirror with your hands behind your back. Look at your head. Stare at it. And force yourself, for five whole minutes, not to pull. Resist the urge. I know it sounds hard, but do it. Force yourself.
Eventually, in a few months, bump it up. Do it for 7 minutes, 10 minutes. Hell, 15 minutes if you’re up to the challenge.
This will help you with self control and urge resistance. Trust me, it works. Try it!
i just felt like posting this because im kinda happy about it :) the first four were in april, the middles ones were in late july/early august and the last ones were from today! these are some hair progression pictures from my trichotillomania experience.
