Consistently, inconsistent 😕
Ugh!!! I really need to be mor consistent with my eating and workouts. I think this is step #1 to getting back into a routine.
Goal - Cherry Blossom 10 Miler in April 😳

All I need to do now is consistently train!

Why am I doing this?
I’m not a writer (please forgive me grammar police)...Nor am I a great story teller...But I have all these random thoughts that just pop into my head. (Especially, now that I’m 40 (almost 41)). Some are good and some not so much. So why not put it all out there! 🤭
I’m also ADHA and cannot focus on anything for long periods of time so I will try to keep these short and sweet, especially for those just like me. 😁
I never viewed turning 40 as a bad thing. I actually have been embracing it. Loving where I am in this part of my journey and just trying to be more positive!
The one thing however, that I am having trouble with is the never ending weight gain! 😩 Why does this have to happen! My Dr says, “you should expect to gain 10 lbs for every decade older you get.” (Of course, that doesn’t explain the 50 I’ve gained in the last 20 years.) Why do I have to just except this!
So I’m going to use this as my platform to help me be a healthier me. Through workouts, nutrition, and positive thinking!
