tw suicide

today’s a very odd day for me because it’s what would have been my third death anniversary had i not reacted to my biggest suicide attempt and asked for an ambulance. it’s always odd because i didn’t die, but in another universe my friends and family would be particularly mourning me right now. i mean, in the end i was okay and life went on but i still have this feeling particularly today that « oh, i’m supposed to be dead ». i don’t know anyone in the same situation, so it’s dumb but emily prentiss also having to deal with a death day of her own (granted, she actually died) is comforting to me, it’s a form of representation i sometimes need and can’t really find anywhere. (also it’s just me finding ways to relate to emily even more).

anyways, be kind to yourselves and please reach out to people when you’re in a bad place mentally <3
