In Cairo, Egypt, there is 2 cities. City of living for the normal people, and city of death for the dead corpse, and the homeless. So many homeless now live there that the owner of the tombs sometime employ homeless to take care of the tombs of their parents.

Introducing “Circularity”, a 12-month life compass essay.
I wish someone gave me a compass at my birth.
A compass with the keys of life.

The Internet enables more people in the developing world to become more aware of disparities in access to health care, education, water, and human rights, and for everyone to become more aware of the cost of manipulative governments. The result will be more peaceful changes but also more public uprisings such as the Arab Spring. "Nations" of those with shared interests will become increasingly difficult for formal governments to control--but we can expect them to try mightily, with new regulations and increased monitoring.

Selon Phillips, le suicide médiatisé d'une célébrité a le même effet d'entraînement : les médias informent que d'autres le font, donnant la permission d'agir de la même manière. Dans un sens, regarder des personnes évoluer d'une certaine manière dans un scénario indique que le choix de leurs actions est louable et peut être reproduis. Dans un sens Sartrien, les médias enlèvent à l'individu le moment de choix de ses actions. "Choisis tes actions comme si chacune représentait l'humanité toute entière." En imposant, par la télévision, ses film et ses séries, des archétypes sociaux et moraux à suivre, les médias dictent comment l'homme doit se comporter en société (Exemple les séries comme Friends ect), comment l'homme doit agir selon telle ou telle circonstance. Dans l'absolu finalement, la référence inconsciente ne se fais plus par l'empirisme (éducation et transmissions de valeurs familiales) mais par les héros télévisés, les stars et les informations.

Les chercheurs spécialisés en matière de suicide dans certaines circonstances, le désir de s'enlever la vie peut être contagieux. Faisant l'œuvre de pionnier, David Phillips, sociologue à l'université de San Diego, à mené des études fascinantes dans ce domaine. Il a notamment recensé les cas de suicides présentés à la une des grands journaux américains dans les années 1950 et 1960 et suivi l'évolution des statistiques pendant la même période afin de vérifier s'il y avait un lien entre les deux phénomènes. De toute évidence, il y en avait un. Dès qu'un journal annonçait qu'une personne s'était donné la mort, le nombre de suicide augmentait brusquement dans la région où il était distribué. S'il était publié à l'échelle nationale, l'augmentation touchait l'ensemble du pays. Ainsi le décès de Marilyn Monroe a été suivi par une augmentation de 12% du taux de suicide national.
