you maybe washing your own clothes, taking care of your own meals and all, but one day you wake up with a sore throat and suddenly you're 13, waiting for your mum to bring you medicine while you're all cuddled up in your bed ❤️🩹
was it casual when i was angry with you being better than me. was it casual when you thought of me as the man you can trust. was it casual that i asked you so many times to become bonded with me and my sister. was it casual that i threatened to kill someone just because she didnt respect you. was it casual when you pressed your lips to my ear and threatened my life. was it casual that i enjoyed it. was it casual when you slashed through an army just to retrieve my unconscious body. was it casual that my sister knew what you were to me. was it casual that everyone around us knew that im helplessly devoted to you. was it casual that i fought your war betraying my own cause. was it casual that i hated the girl you cared about because she looked just like you. was it casual when i thought that she was better off dead instead of you-
somewhere out there chaghan heard the news of fang runin’s death through the talks of the markets. he stops to ask them what they know, and they tell him she died on speer, by the side of chen kitay, and at the hand of yin nezha. he understands that she is gone—that he is the last of the cike, and he has never felt lonelier.
what do you do when you feel like this?
this is one of the midnight thoughts you have when you feel you are not good enough for anything in this world, is there anything that you deserve? but nothing is in control and the passiveness of you in your own narrative takes over your head... what do you do when you feel like this?
i'm not a poet but i do write sometimes so i'll love if people can relate to this teenager in her bedroom:)
Its wild how easy it is to forget how strong Nezha really is.
Like personally I struggle with imagining his personality because in the first book he is like:
"I will fucking kill you" spoiled brat who is a combat prodigy, can and will seriously injure you, egoistic somewhat racist and sexist(that scene in the 1st book when they are in a classroom and he basically said "women can't rule") person
And then later cause rin becomes so much worse than him, our perception of him becomes:
I am crying cause I had a dream you died, please dont leave me,I just want all of us to be together, neglected and truamatised son of the dragon lord, scared to call gods uwu babygirl
Like dont get me wrong it makes sense cause obviously we get more background on him and his character develops it's just It becomes so much easier to forget just how strong and scary he is.
hey guys! do you have some good adult fantasy(not the smutty kind) recommendations preferably with female protagonists. i am sorta new to the genre and would love to explore more!
rf kuang rlly delivered the final blow when she had rin die on speer. the final speerly, reunited at last with the only people who could ever understand her completely. she was stripped of her home at such a young age, and after years of running, oppression, wandering, hatred, abuse, fear, and trauma she finally was able to rest, at home.
