Welcome to Flavorzine!

Hi, we’re the FlavorZine and we’re rollin’ out looking for America’s greatest contributors, creators, and collaborators. Here at the FlavorZine, we’re cookin’ up a tribute to the culinary comrade himself, Guy Fieri. And we’re doing it the old fashioned way, Guy’s way!

We’re all fans of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and the Food Dude himself, Guy Fieri. And as fans tend to do -- we’re taking it way too far. We’re looking to get wacky and weird with a magazine exploring the wonders of Fieri’s Flavortown and we’re inviting people to come along for the ride in our bitchin’ ‘68 red Camaro.

We’re looking for comics, pin-ups, essays, Triple D & Triple G reviews, Fieri family recipes, an examination of the pronunciation of Worcestershire sauce, whatever bold flavors you can come up with that would make Guy Fieri demand that you shut the front door! By the end of our journey, we’ll have produced a ‘zine that’ll be as tasty as a sexy burger piled high with tequila gravy, food lube, and all the fixxins…

***takes off our sunglasses and puts them on the back of our heads***

Now here’s the real deal:

We’re a group of comic creators and fans who have successfully completed comic anthologies, sketchbooks full of fat dudes, and almost three decades of combined Guy Fieri watching to our names. Now we’re dumb enough to put all that together for the FlavorZine.

We love Guy Fieri and we know you do too. We want your weirdest, wildest comics, art, essays, reviews, or whatever else you might have that pertain to Guy, Triple D, donkey sauce, or anything else involving Flavortown. So what we need you to do is send us pitches for all that to flavorzine@gmail.com. We’re accepting pitches through October 15 and we want to see what you’ve got. Any questions you might have other than “why?”, please send them our way!
