          someone  once  told  me  i  was  full  of  stardust.  isn’t  that  extraordinary   ?     that  i  could  be  made  up  of  distant  constellations   &   celestial  things  that  burned  and  glowed   &   entire  planets  that  had  come  a  billion ,  trillion  light  years  to  be  made  into  me     (   AT  LEAST ,  that’s  what  someone  told  me   ).     but  you  know  what ,  spaceman   ?     you  were  full  of  bullshit.  i  am  not  beautiful ,  i  am  not  extraordinary.  i  was  not  thought  up  by  the  universe  in  some  COSMIC  CREATION.  i  am  katie  elizabeth  janeway  and  i  am  full  of  broken  glass  and  black  coffee  and  regrets.  NOT  STARDUST.

hey so i dont think there’s many of you that follow me on @stealsyou, but if y’all do and are wondering where tf i am or what happened i have not deleted this blog   !!     idk what’s going on but i can’t log in and the blog seems to have disappeared     (   altho that @ mention above works fine   ?   ).     this was not me; i have not abandoned this blog deliberately   !!     i emailed tumblr support yesterday     (   10th may   )     but they haven’t replied yet, i’ll keep you posted on the situation and am hoping to return asap   !!

LMAO I DO THAT SO OFTEn n suddenly realise two blogs are the same person honestl y. n thank u hon, i’ve seen a lot of ppl have the same issue and their blog get restored within a couple of days so i’m hoping it’s just a glitch n it’ll get back up soon.

   This was often the point in conversation in which most people  first  called him daft. He took extra care. But she seemed a reasonable sort of lass. Already he could admire her mechanical intelligence, watching her fiddle with the engines.

   “I’ve lost my memory, you see,”  he invented.  “Can’t remember where I put it, but it seems to pick up again just as soon as I arrived here…”

   He paused, as though trying to remember something. Apparently no success, but he smiled anyway.

   “And - may I ask your name? I realise this is more than the one question I promised, but a name is an important thing, isn’t it?”

               “   what  YEAR   ?   ”     she laughs ;  only softly  &  with no  malice  ——  for, funnily enough, it’s a question she’s asked  HERSELF  many a time.     “   gosh, well...  stardate 435967...   ”     there’s a mental  CALCULATION  in her head, looking upwards with some expression of  concentration  as if there’s something there that’ll help her.     “   ...2358, that’ll be. i’m quite sure. you know, not many people  USE  years any more. not for  centuries.   ”     she’s assuming he’s human, of course, which is quite possibly  wrong.  but perhaps katie’s poking for a little  INFORMATION.

          “   your memory   ?   ”     a look of  worry  is feigned. both hands are planted on hips now.     “   well, that can’t be good. i’m  katie.  katie janeway  ——  i would ask you  YOURS  but i’m assuming that’s been lost with the  rest  of your memory   ?   ”
