Above my imagination 💫 I got 6th place in an amazing line up. I had absolutely NONE expectations when I went down here, and there's been times I've doubted why I even go. It's been a brutal diet, and my body has not responded like it use to or as I'd hoped, so it has been a quite stressful journey in so many ways. My shape was not where I wanted it to be, but I decided to trust my plan and trust the process and my shape became better on the last night! 🥵 Then I go on stage, against some of the best athletes in Men's Physique, including several pro card holders and the #1 ranked athlete @faas7 and I manage to get to the finals, and get a 6th place!!! I am beyond happy! Of course there are several things to point out, shape, prep, things to do differently and so on, but still, at this point I'm super happy with my placing. Allthough I haven't seen a single video of my performance or anything, I feel good with my stage performance, and already know what I could"ve done better and differently, and I might see more later as well. A huuuuge thanks to my buddy @josephpeter_official who was backstage with me the whole time helping me out, and really made the experience even bettwr. You were just as amazing to have backstage as on stage! 1st day of competition and what a day! @josephpeter_official went on stage in Classic Physique +180 cm. And he went off stage with: 🏆 1st Place 🏆Overall winner 🧾 Pro Card 5th Place in the Pro Show! Who the f*** do you think you are? This is me, reading some of the idiotic, tragic and pathetic messages my athletes get from outsiders. *It's so sad to see how you ruin your beautiful body! You looked so incredible beautiful and healthy before. A fitness body is not pretty or healthy. It's not good for your mental health either. The sport should be forbidden! You are such a beautiful girl. I hope you get back on track!* This is just one out of many tragical messages my athletes, and many others get. And the ironic part- This dickweed is rude enough to bring up *Not good for your mental health* in a sentence where he's shaming someone. Like that's good for anyones mental health? Maybe I should start sending random texts to people to, and say *Wow you should really start working out! You could look so beautiful then, instead of how you look noe* because appearently that's totally okay 🙃 I'm horrified and honestly feel sick about peoples behaviour. How they allow them self to say something like this or tell someone how they look and how they should look. I don't get easily frustrated or angry, but reading messages from asswipes like this really pisses me off! When someone work so hard to achieve a goal, demanding a certain look for a specific amount of time, and they are so consistent, dedicated and diciplined and they achieve that goal, it is sad to see how a pathetic imbasile trying to pull them down! *The sport should be forbidden* No it shouldn't. YOU on the other hand should be forbidden to be online because clearly you don't know how to behave and how to talk to other people. I don't only hope, but I encourage everyone who gets these messages, to share them in stories and expose them, so everyone gets to see who these idiots are. You keep doing you, and be proud! Me for one, is SUPER proud of each and everyone of my athletes and I support them 100% in the choices they make. What a team 💕 Another competition is over, and a truly wonderful weekend comes to an end. I could write for hours about this gang, and the emotions at the moment are SO many. But I'll try to keep it short. The pride I feel for these people, this team...It's incredible. Not only for a lot of great results - But the total package they deliver! The way they all delivered on stage today, their performance, how they all been doing this whole prep to this point and not to mention the incredible mood they all had and the community they created this weekend. How they showing up, some never even met until this weekend, and yet they just click as they've been best friends for ever, cheering for each other, supporting each other and everyone being there as one unit the whole way. I'm so filled with pride and joy in so many ways, and this is what really makes me truly happy and proud - Not the achievements one make for them self, but the fact of being part of others success and seeing their joy and excitement in their face! A simple Hello could be enough... To make friends for life. 6 years ago I worked at my dream concert, Country2Country, hosting big names as Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood, Florida Georgia Line and the up and coming Lauren Alaina. Having the best spot to watch the show, a man approaches me and starts talking. We directly hit it off and just keep talking forever. At that point I didn't know I was talking to the amazing band leader of Lauren Alaina. We exchanged information, and kept in touch, intrigued by eachothers carrers and way of life. This weekend I finally got to meet him again after 6 years, when he visited Oslo, and what a blast it was. I was even as lucky to be inteoduced to some of his great friends, who were just pure energy and fun, and they totally made me forgot I hadn't slept in 38 hours 🤣 It was incredible seeing you again my friend, and I can't wait to meet you again 🙌🏼 Next time we'll meet in Nashville and be tourists on your turf!
