Truly he wished he could do the same, but maybe in a way he was. With his aid to others that came across his own path, it was just a difference in how they were found. The Express travelled, coming across others naturally, while he mostly stood on his own with those in need seeking him out... An odd moment of reflection he had not expected to come about, but speaking to new people was always a giving gift, wasn't it?

     It brings another laugh from the smaller of the pair. As if no other doctor would be kind enough to offer their assistance. But - guess he's one of the only ones that would offer it for free if by some chance the other couldn't afford it.

     “ I am, they really helped out m'home… not t' mention they're all jus' so kind. S' impossible not t' like ‘em, even if they weren’t goin' around savin' places. They've been well t' m'knowledge. I try t' pop in when I c'n. ”

Ah... Nodding his head as he listens. It was a tale he had heard many times before, though the advice he had to give always changed. Leaning back against the tree as he thought, it was always a bit more of a challenge to lead someone who was new- whether new to the flock, or new in terms of meeting.

If anything Atieno just found it a little more practical to be willing to talk in public. Even with a little bit of remove from other people, that should be enough for them to speak comfortably about some of the things that weighed on them. They're not even sure if he will be able to help much but.. a listening ear is appreciated.

"I mean.. I guess I have been feeling a certain deep, deep exhaustion that has been very present with me for a very long time. Not that he was judgmental, no, for a holy man he was shockingly open with what others did within their own time and homes. How could he judge another when that is not his place? He's there to guide, not to harass.

     He can't help but laugh as the other seems to puzzle over it. Suppose that a holy man really does tend to be the more repressed type. Or – if not that, he supposes pure is more the word? Regardless, when it clicks to him, Eros gives a little snap. As if to say ‘there it is.’ That he's caught finally to what was being insinuated.

     Not entirely untrue, but it was spoken as if it were a joke. Like he really was out doing the most devious of things every night. No, merely looking for an actual companion every so often. Or – maybe a bit more than ‘every so often.’ Not the Father's business.

Mihail knows how to play two instruments: the cobza, and the viola. He picked up the cobza as a child, inspired by one of the elders of the village. He would visit her often to listen to her play, she would be the one to gift him his first cobza, happily offering to teach him to play. He's always had a love for tradition so being able to carry on their music was extremely exciting for him.

The viola he picked up after the death of his family. Liana, his younger sister, was the one to play it originally. He plays it as a way to make peace with their passings, and as a way to carry their memories with him.

He doesn't play either very frequently, often he's too busy and when he gets home he'll quickly get ready for bed, but when he does have the time he enjoys it very much. Even the viola, who others might expect to be bittersweet, he plays with a smile.
