Farewell Friend
Dear Gemma,
They are tearing down my childhood home today. Condemned since Laura. I haven't seen or been inside it in 20 years, but it is still my childhood home. Most of what made me, happened within its walls. I honor its steadfastness and grounding as I say bye to my friend.
