the tent in which alaa [ @alaakh998 ] and her children were taking shelter was flooded with rainwater today. a lot of their belongings were destroyed or rendered useless because of the same. things are already very expensive in gaza and now she has to buy a lot of things. this is extremely upsetting as her son is suffering from a skin infection.

please, winter is approaching and their clothes and blankets are very wet. two little kids aged four and six are involved. please keep them in mind and help alaa buy supplies.

In times of war, providing for the necessities of daily life becomes an indescribable challenge. People face daily challenges with scarcity of resources, rising prices, and disruption of basic services. Access to food, water, electricity, and even safety, from the most basic rights that we take for granted, becomes an unattainable luxury. While the rest of the world lives a normal life, we struggle to secure a living for our families and children, and we mothers try to hide the pain behind our smiles so that our children do not feel afraid. War does not only destroy buildings, it also steals peace and dignity from people’s lives. 🚨Live my family story

Yesterday morning started like any other day. We started to provide food for my children and family, but the sky was full of clouds and suddenly it started to rain. This rain that my children and I waited for eagerly every year for its beauty. Now we are afraid of its coming. My tent was completely flooded and my belongings were flooded. Unfortunately, some of my belongings were damaged, which is difficult to provide in this war of starvation due to the lack of capabilities and tools. I do not know what to do or what to make. Everything is useless with this rain. Then some relatives came and helped me and my children until things were arranged.

Unfortunately, I need a lot of things to make my tent suitable for winter, and I need winter clothes for my children and blankets that are difficult to provide because the occupation prevents them from entering Gaza.

Everyone has a superhero. For any girl in the world, her superhero is her father.

He is our hero. He is a doctor. Before this ongoing genocide, he worked at Al-Shifa Hospital. He is a wonderful plastic surgeon, loves his work and is committed to it, to help people and relieve their pain.

When We were forced to be displaced to Al-Shifa Hospital at the beginning of the war, he was still committed to his work. He worked nonstop for 40 days, besides caring for his family, especially in these difficult times!

But unfortunately the occupation stormed and burned the hospital after We were forced to evacuate , raising white flags. We could not carry anything, just our souls. We fled to the south on foot. He carried his two children in his arms, and walked long distances for many kilometers during the afternoon among tanks and heavily armed soldiers, and even among decomposing corpses!

Finally, we reached the UNRWA school at Khan Yunis. He started working in Nasser Hospital, which the occupation also stormed and destroyed! Even when we were displaced, he was working.

All that happened did not stop him from performing his lofty job as a doctor. He has now returned to work in MOH hospitals to carry out operations of debridement and grafting of needy injured people, but he is alone, we are far from him.

He decided to protect us and made a decision to refuge in Egypt to be survived. While he stayed in Rafah before the beginning of the military operation there. Then he was forced to be displaced to Deir Al-Balah.

Every morning he goes to work at Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis and returns to his tent in Deir Al- Balah in the evening all week.

Is this what we and he deserve?

We stay away from our hero and torn our family. While at the same time, he is putting himself in danger while saving innocent lives!

For your information, his profession is considered more dangerous than ever before, due to the occupation’s systematic policy of targeting hospitals and medical staff!

All the day, we are worried about him. May Allah save him. Moreover, there is no safe place.

We hope to reunite again, we want each other, we want our home and our dreams!

Dear compassionate souls, I come to you with a heavy heart, burdened by our story, our lives shattered by the ongoing onslaught of violence in Gaza. Since the beginning of October we have been suffering from terrible conditions and difficulties. Living in Gaza is terrifying during these times, bombs are constantly falling and our lives are in danger. Our house was completely destroyed and we were forced us to move from khanyounis to el mawwasi with minimal personal belongings. I am Ahmed Al-Agha, 25 years old, a graduate of media and mass communication from Al-Azhar University in Gaza. I was a volunteer in the Public Relations Department at the University of Gaza. Due to the difficulty of jobs in the Gaza Strip, I had to register for a professional diploma in culinary arts, but I did not complete it due to the terrible war. After my father passed away in 2021, life pushed me to grow up early and take responsibility for my family, including my mother (samah), my brother(omar)and my three sisters,abla 20years old,yomna17years old and jody 9years old. I dream of owning a small restaurant in order to support my beautiful family. Allow me to introduce you to my family, the very core of my existence: Samah, my great mother, an Arabic language graduate, a strong, courageous, compassionate, and extremely generous mother. She loves her kitchen utensils more than anything else, and becomes very sad if a plate or cup breaks. Her main goal in life is to gain her mother’s approval and the happiness of her children in all possible ways and to do the impossible for them. Omar is an accounting graduate from Al-Aqsa University in Gaza. He is an ambitious young man with big dreams. He loves going out with his friends and driving cars. He used to work for Atlas , but at the beginning of November the company's headquarters was completely destroyed, and he is now without work. Abla is an intelligent and educated girl,she loved children and reading novels, My mother depends on her to manage the household. She prepares us the best shawarma fattah in the world and many wonderful desserts. She studies English at Al-Aqsa University and dreams of becoming an English teacher, but her dream will not come true because her university was completely destroyed. Youmna is a wonderful girl, a student in the second year of secondary school. She has a leadership personality. She was a camp leader in the Association for Culture and Free Thought. She has a talent for drawing and participates in art exhibitions in her school and in civil society institutions. She loves drinking Nescafe and listening to music when she draws. She has courses in drawing. The characters: Her dream is to create her own art gallery and to study at the College of Fine Arts. Jody, my little sister, is 9 years old. She is smart and beautiful. She worked and dreams of becoming a model in the future and has the talent of acting. She participated in an advertisement for a bridal chalet and was the heroine of the advertisement. I felt very happy to participate in the advertisement. She suffered from severe psychological disorders at the beginning of the war after she saw several children dispersed as a result of the bombing of the house opposite ours. I try to maintain her psychological state by going together to the seashore and meeting her friends in the nearby tents and playing with them so that she is not distracted by the terrible news and scenes shown on the Internet. , the war has shattered our lives, leaving us without a safe haven or a place to call it home. We are human beings, just like you. We eat, drink, watch Tom and Jerry, love to travel, and love life . Hello, Hana Hyperfixates here! I’m a YouTuber with videos focusing mainly on Gravity Falls and fandom culture. But I’m also a Palestinian person who has been heartbroken watching the violence unfold in Gaza. So far more than 40,000 people have been killed, and countless more have been injured, starved, displaced and oppressed under the threat of genocide.

I want to do something about it, and if this fandom is what I know it to be, I’m sure others do, too. 

The Gravity Falls fandom has had no shortage of wonderful, generous efforts to extend aid to various charities and to those in need. Through my ten years in this fandom I’ve seen calendars and zines and similar projects be sold, with hundreds of dollars being raised.

So I am happy to announce a new fundraising effort: Mystery Twin Mystery Bags. 

The idea: bring in artists from across the fandom to design pins, stickers, charms, posters and more. These items would be pre-ordered, purchased, randomly assorted into mystery bags and shipped out to fans like you!  Options would exist at differently-priced tiers, for you to buy anything from a handful of random stickers, to a big box of everything, and the funds would all go to a great cause!

After shipping out items, 100% of the profits for this project would be split 50/50 between these two funds for aid and relief in Gaza.

Help my life and my future

Welcome My name is Lina. I am 21 years old. I live in my beautiful city of Khan Yunis. I lived my best days there. I had hopes and dreams that I was striving to achieve. I had my beautiful university that built my dreams and I wanted to establish my life with my successes in it until the war began on the 7th of October and our lives were turned upside down. We were displaced from our homes on the 23rd of January, and here our journey began, our torment in the tents, as we were displaced in the winter, and the rain was drowning us and making us wet day and night. We lived with 9 people in one tent with an area of ​​3 in length and 3 and a half in width. It is very narrow because my family is large and we are I do not have the financial capacity to buy a new, larger tent. We remained in the torment of the rain and drowned in the tent until the summer season began and our new journey of torment began with the heat, the chub, the insects and the poisonous snakes.

I was exposed to many diseases during this period to the point that I wished for death from the severity of pain and illness. Throughout this period we had hope of returning to our homes until news came to us that the Israeli occupation had bombed and bulldozed our house, and here despair prevailed and misery and sadness took over us. How could it not, when I had I lost the house that contains my memories, my dreams, my clothes, and my books, and I lost my university, which has always been my second home and a source of my hopes and dreams. Nothing can describe the amount of my pain. Please help me rebuild our house so that our journey of suffering will end and so that I can travel outside Gaza and complete study my university education. Build a decent life for me😭😭😭

I am Adham, married and have four children. I’m a lawyer from Gaza city.

Since the first day of the war, we have been suffering from this crazy war. We left our home without anything significant, except for the clothes we wear. We moved a lot until we reached the place we live now in Deir Al balah, in the south of the Gaza Strip, with my large family, which consists of 100 people, more than two-thirds of whom are children. Our house was bombed and completely destroyed. Today we live the struggle of life with unbearable fear and cold. I hope that my family and I can travel outside the Gaza Strip until this massacre ends.

I ask you to help my family in the Gaza Strip so that they can secure their daily needs after they leave our home in northern Gaza to southern Gaza. I have a big family, consisting of my father, mother, five brothers and six sisters, all of whom are married and have children. They’re 62 people.
