lov this part<33 KAJDKAKEBSK THE FACT AKIRA GOES boss🥺🥺🥺 SO OFTEN WITH BRAD TOO MAKES THIS SSOOOOOOOO FUNNY...........i think theyre so neat. the way brad takes notice of akiras feelings & work & the way that builds their relation.....brads talk to akira when they wrongly assume he doesnt like their idea & proceeding to hitting full score on how anxious they are about the entire thing. bradley as someone with experience leading a group of people & akira who does Not have that experience, but is looking for it...............

is this anything. hello. hey. hello. anyone. real talk whenever kindness is brought up i AAUUGHHHH.........cain who extended his hand and took the time to explain things, treating them kindly without making demands & akira who felt more at ease going with him rather than the guy who kept telling them what to do....... akira telling everyone they want to get to know them & their likes & dislikes & what they absolutely do not want to do, in order for future sages to know that as well...(assuming they can read jp<3)

like i dooooont think akira has the confidence to be told they have this Special Role and start ordering ppl around in the first place. they also didnt rly wanna do that, they wanted to go home LOL and instead everyone around them was treating them kindly & being understanding of their situation......so even when their heart accepts that role theyre already seeing them as friends. like akira dooooes think they would like for the northern wizards to be friends & get along, but they also note that they cant (& more importantly, dont want to!) force that upon them, so instead they get used to the sounds of fighting & hope no one will get badly hurt

the entire theme of 'the sage controls oz & mithra' (& its consequences politically) when akira simply treats them with kindness & like theyre any other aughhhhhhh........ brad reasoning about how oz & co also probably figures Somethings Up with the sage role and thus goes along with the ones carrying that role, which i think makes ssoooo much sense as a conclusion, but it also going further due to the bonds of trust akira is creating with them.....like oz shares arthurs prophecy with them........ akira doesnt share their secrets despite vincent asking......... akira in general who was constantly defending their friends in the first parts of pt2....... like akiras obviously in a very unique position where all the sages wizards actually live at the manor, but the care they take for everyones feelings & not wanting them to be put in positions they dislike...... the fact akiras gonna leave all of them aauughhHhHHhHHHhHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

missed akira so i looked thro my folders & saw the spotstory one............aughT_T u always end up saying stuff like this......

also got the oz ones where hes trying to tell akira they dont have to be worried about his feelings (when ppl speak badly about him), ending it with the whole 'ill remain unchanging, and in time, ill forget your name'. to which akira obviously feels Really lonely<3 cue oz going "? why are you upset, i meant to comfort you?" LIKE THIS GUUUUYYYYYYYYYYYYY

very funny to me whenever akira remarks on ppl being very close considering they sleep with mithra. holding hands. <-not the only one theyve shared a bed with either + the sleepovers theyve been invited to by mitile.....

"I really think you should rest..." their fingers are still lingering by the other's forehead, concerned about the raising temperatures, and carefully brushing the hair out of their face. Even as they finally do retract their hand the movement is slow, still studying their face and actions, hoping they'd give in.

He enjoyed them too, didn't he? Even though he said he was busy there was a brief moment where Akira had felt their feelings resonating, tied to a shared love, all the more so when asked for recommendations. "Really?!" (Ah, but now they were the one too excited, weren't they?) "In that case...if it's about historical fiction..." they're not outright ignoring the preference for 'pictured' ones, rather a mixture of not entirely understanding if he was talking about the ones with an occasional drawing and map, and an astounding lack of knowledge in the genre of comics.

However, they come to a pause, and then pat the pockets of their jacket twice. "...I didn't bring anything to write with... Um, is your memory good...? Ah, we could meet up another time and I could prepare a list for you. It won't be too long...! Probably..." and that's about when their common sense finally catches up with them. Implying they'll leave him with too many titles was bad enough, but suggesting to make plans when they just had been terrified of his cosplay was hardly a good look either (they hadn't even introduced themself!). "...A-actually... Just this one for now... Though, it's not historical fiction..." they're holding out the book again, this time so he can clearly see the title and cover design.

“O-oh, a story built on adventure and trust! Indeed, that does sound exciting.” Though nowhere as exciting as talking about it with a human!! He was feeling a little too excited, honestly, that he hoped it wasn’t showing on his face. It was just that… the human seemed happy to talk to him about the book too, and that made him equally happy in return.

…Okay, he needed to tone it down. It might weird the other out if he seemed this delighted over a normal conversation.

“Er, I don’t get the chance to read stories often, as I tend to be busy with… s-some duties and paperwork… but I do enjoy historical fiction, especially the pictured ones.” He’s talking about manga. “I grew to like it because my father used to read me some when I was young. Although, I do read other types of literature as well, so… I wouldn’t be opposed… if you have any recommendations…” He really wanted their recommendations.

"Good—yawn—morning, Cain. It's nice to see you so energetic", their hand reaches up for their usual high-five when they approach him, and...huh? Warmth and comfort and the gentle sensation of his hair against their cheek, a feeling of security enveloping them. "Cain?" although Akira had recognized the movement, those milliseconds hadn't been enough to prevent the surprise, even as it quickly gives way for a laugh as they return the hug. "What's this about?"

“Oh, is that Akira I hear?” he asked, unable to see them since it was still early in the morning. However, instead of his usual high-five to overcome the bizarre injury, he used the other’s voice to estimate where they were, before reaching out and playfully pulling them into a tight hug. “There you are.”

And what had been a pleasant talk about beloved pets comes to a sudden halt, with Akira none the wiser if it was the animal part or the food part that had prompted the sudden direction. "L-let's not think like that...?!" sure, it wasn't uncommon for Mithra to return with some animal or monster he intended to have for dinner, but today of all days that couldn't be allowed...! "Everyone's working very hard to prepare dinner, so I think we should continue to work up our appetite. That way it'll be all the more delicious! With legs as long as yours a little walk will be no problem!"

For some reason, his genuine enthusiasm reminds me of Rutile, the too-kind firstborn of the wild Chiretta. That futile tendency to care for others, be they wizards, humans or beasts, without any promise or any obligatory strings attached. I don't think I'll ever understand it.

Akira's culinary reference reminds me of my stomach's pains, so, after listening in silence to his merciful speech, I look away and, out of nowhere, state my consideration.

hello i have yet again returned to talk nonsense. spoilers for northern rhapsody they still wont let me read more on mobile<3333 but i think about these scenes sooooooooooo much.......i only skimmed to grab the scenes in question but oughT_T (teared up at the end anyway

this is yet another "akira doesnt know what to say" which i rly rly like in general, but the scene of them brushing away snow from him has been permanently been ingrained in my brain. ughhhh whiteeeeee......

scenes i have a very normal relation to and am just a little teeny tiny bit obsessed with. sorry akira & owen are so. rubs temple. akira who was so insistent on getting to know him but eventually goes "okay whatever suit urself i wont try anymore or help you next time. bye" to which owen ends up going along with them.............ill pray for u & perform the festival hoping itll reach u. i might consider coming back to u. ??????????????????? sorry i........akira who stood before a charging unicorn to protect a heavily poisoned owen. the entire thing thats paradoixroid. the times when akira thinks about how little they know owen. for the record im very very fond of owen & chloe as well

aqu3ra's new song got me thinking about all the times akira Hasnt voiced that their no1 wish isnt to return home anymore. "ill do what i can until i can return to my world" -> "i dont feel like ive achieved enough to return to my world yet" aauughhHhhhHh yes i think akira eventually accepts that theres no chance of returning just cuz they rly want to at the start yes i think akira gets plenty homesick but theres also such a focus on akiras feelings with all that,,,,,,,faust tanabata with the whole "what do u wish for sage? oh wait, its to return to ur world isnt it" and akira awkwardly not rly answering too positively. the sanrio collab too where they similarly arent too excited about the prospect of returning.....figaro tanabata where both murr & figaro react to akiras wish lacking any kind of 'id like to return' (or anything thats not about the wizards for that matter!) because akira does not want to wish for something like that during a party everyone has worked so hard for (because its not something they prioritize anymore). akira who doesnt rly selfishly voice these things either.........

chloes tanabata. mithra who says both akira & chloe looked like they were about to cry at the time when he barged into their conversation. i cant rmbr if akira Does honestly speak of their feelings or not (i feel like they actually do for once?!?! but i cant doublecheck), but mithras whole 'what are u talking about. ill tie u here. how else am i supposed to sleep' & akira who laughs and doesnt say that the next sage probably can help him with that. figaros mahopa card where he figures akira is homesick -> invites them somewhere where they can visit their home in their dreams (does not tell akira about that effect) -> akira ends up panicking. i dont feel like ive done anything here yet......aauughhhhhhhHHHhhhhHhhh

srry its all about. akira who falls asleep in their normal clothes the first day. and akira who doesnt have the heart to admit they are going to hesitate when presented a choice to go home. i want to remember you and i want you to remember me. lord i need to reread figaro & chloes tanabata events theyre both SOOOOO good...........they establish that conflict so early too, school april fools my beloved.............its just. augh. ough.
