I hate storms. I really, really do.

I love being out in nature, but I've never been okay with thunderstorms.  They're loud, violent, and frankly, they scare me.  It's a fear I've had ever since I can remember.  I am currently hiding in my bedroom, wrapped in a blanket.  I can't leave until I'm sure the storm is over.  I just get so anxious and it makes me feel stupid because it's just a storm.
