Post-breakfast with Lou boy // I had @wholefoods whole wheat pancakes with @wild_friends creamy peanut butter & a cup of @onyxcoffeelab Colombia Aponte Village coffee! I start my 21 days sugar-free on Monday and I was going to ease myself in and have a little honey on my pancakes, but I couldn’t open the jar... (con of living alone😂😭) But honestly, I really enjoyed it without the honey! I think this whole sugar free thing is going to be easier than I thought. Having my coffee black wasn’t bad at all! It wasn’t quite as good as with my stevia in it, but I think I can get used to it! I’m pumped about this diet change, yall. Here’s to trying new things! Happy Thursday everyone!
