Elsa's attention was completely on him watching his every move and as he turned on the water on full blast she was glad she hadn't in fact froze the pipes. She was silent unsure of how to go about things herself so she let him talk and gave a small nod here and there showing she was paying attention to his words.
When he mentioned the ice on her wallet she pulled her arms closer to her body if that were possible. So he had seen that as well, why had he asked her in here though? She glanced away for a moment to look at the ground obviously uncomfortable that he knew about her abilities.
Hearing his next set of words though she looked back up once more, show her? She watched as he touched the sink and frost that was not her own moving from his finger tips and mixing in with her frost on the walls. She stared for a long moment at the wall with large eyes and slowly her eyes trailed down to his hand before up to his face.
"I... see." Elsa spoke calmly taking this all in. Pushing away from the wall she walked over to him, strangely feeling more comfortable. She reached out touching the wall where his frost was, pale slender fingers running over it a faint smile started to pull at the corner of her lips. The designs his made were much different than her own, just a small thing she noticed as she observed it under her finger tips.
"... And to think I thought I was alone..." She spoke softly almost to herself but it wasn't hard to hear her considering the room they were in. Her eyes shifted to look at him her eyes catching on his and a genuine smile graced her features. "How long is your break?" She asked, wondering how long they had to talk.
Memory (Closed RP with Flurryqueen)
The moment he stepped into the room and got bombarded by the wave of cool air, he knew he hadn’t made the wrong choice. People frequently complained of this room being too hot, but he could see frost etching its way all over the room, just like it did at his own apartment.
He hastily shut the door and then turned the water on full blast so that there would be no risk of anyone hearing them. Jack turned to look at the frightened woman and felt a pang of sympathy for her. He needed to find out what he could, but was he going about this in the wrong way? Or was there really no way of making this easy?
He finally looked hard at her, sighed, then shrugged. “Look, I’m sorry for scaring you by calling you in here like this, but I just had to talk to you after I saw—” His voice trailed off against his will, and he shook his head, trying to will his voice back into submission and failing. What if he was wrong? What if what he thought he saw wasn’t what he had seen at all?
She was still looking at him. He gulped. He had to say something now that he’d dragged her in here. He took a deep breath. It was now or never.
"Look, I saw the ice on your wallet and your money, a-and I—" He clutched his forehead as though he was developing a migraine. Perhaps he was, for all he knew. He couldn’t remember what one actually felt like.
Migraine or not, his words weren’t coming out. He just couldn’t figure out how to ask her who she was or what was up with the ice. He sighed. This wasn’t the ideal situation, but it was better than any he could think of at the moment.
"M-Maybe I’ll just show you." He then touched the sink and felt as the frost crackled over it and on up to the wall, overlapping with some of her frost as it did so.
Jack stood there staring. He really hoped he’d done the right thing. If he hadn’t, then he was as good as dead now.

Elsa had been a bundle of nerves as she waited, timed to be moving extremely slowly. She was pacing back and forth in the small room as she checked her phone ever few seconds the closer and closer it got. Frost was decorating the walls and a bit of ice was forming over the mirror each time she passed it.
It had been ten minutes, was he really going to come? He wasn't was he? She had been ridiculous to wait in here for a stranger! That's when she heard the soft knock on the door and her head snapped towards it. Was it him?
Elsa walked over to the door and the click echoed as she unlocked the door. Stepping back. He could get in trouble if anyone found out about this right? She was sure the policies were close to the policies at the Bookstore. Either way she was nervous and was starting to have second thoughts about it all.
Leaning against the wall she had her arms crossed again, hands tucked close to her body. "C... Come in." She swallowed trying to regain her composure once more. Her blue eyes looking around the room the frost could be blamed on the air-conditioning in the room-- it often was at her work. The room was extremely cold but she didn't notice it in the least.
Memory (Closed RP with Flurryqueen)
Who knew that ten minutes could feel like ten million years? Despite his attempts to focus on the work, he kept doing things like accidentally ringing things up twice and having to fix his error or punching in the wrong code and charging them for a completely unrelated item. He ended up getting the correct price for everything in the end, but he could tell the customers were getting slightly annoyed at his ineptitude despite him constantly apologizing that he was new.
He was crazy to think she had actually listened to him and gone back there. He’d sounded like quite the creeper when he’d proposed the idea. Of course she wouldn’t have gone back to that restroom to wait for her. What were you thinking, Jack?
He shook his head and sighed. What he was thinking was that there was a chance of there being another person like him, however slim that chance might be. Hope had a tendency to blow things way out of proportion.
Finally the Customer Service Manager came to tell him he could go on break, though he had to finish the order he was in the middle of before he could excuse himself. His hands shook worse than before as he ran the items over the scanner one by one, earning the attention of the CSM as they did so.
"You okay, Jack?"
"Y-Yeah," he said, not even believing himself. "I just—not enough sleep last night I guess."
The CSM nodded understandingly, even though she clearly hadn’t seen through that lie. The truth was that he hadn’t slept at all last night, or any night since he had first woken up. But something had told him that this was not something he was supposed to discuss with people either, as it was yet another thing that was not normal.
"Make sure you get some coffee while you’re on your break, okay?" The CSM patted Jack on the back as he finally totaled up the order and finished the transaction, and he nodded in submission, figuring feigning the coffee addiction would be a much easier excuse than anything else.
Finally the transaction was complete, and he bolted to the back of the store to where the family restroom was. Thankfully he didn’t have to clock out for a coffee break, or it would have cost him even more time, and his nerves were shot as it was. She probably wouldn’t honestly be there, but he had to bring closure to this scene he had started.
He approached the bathroom door, took a deep breath, and knocked. His heart was pounding, but any minute now, this would all be over. He just had to find out she wasn’t in there, and then he could calm his heart down. It would be okay. It would all be okay.

Elsa wished he'd just take the money from her quicker she could feel the frost starting to form under her fingers but his words and actions caused her to grow slightly more panicked on the inside. He had noticed. Of course he had noticed. Why did she have to do this right now?
Happy when he took the money she quickly put her wallet back and crossed her arms over her chest. Her hands tucked between her arms and her body, making her feel more safe and less of a... danger to others.
Elsa couldn't help herself as he leaned forward she leaned just a fraction back her blue eyes pinned to his face taking in everything about him. Why the sudden interest in her? Was it because he figured out where the frost came from? Did he think her a freak? Or perhaps had they known each other before she lost her memories...? No it couldn't have been that, he'd been too casual to know her.
Swallowing the lump in her throat she looked around to see if anyone was around before back to him. The air still chilly around his area and stretching into the other check out areas. "Uhm..." She looked him over seeing how he was standing, he didn't seem to have think out his words before he spoke them-- was he some sort of pervert or was there a bigger reason behind it?
"T-Thank you." Elsa finally and took her bag turning to leave and go outside. She was creeped out even if it were just slightly. She felt the need to run to get out of the situation, out of the building. She had ignored what he said and she knew that was rude but she panicked when she saw a family coming to his checkout line.
Making her way outside quickly she went around to the side of the building where she would calm her nerves. Cracking open the chocolate and eating it to calm her farther. Checking her cheap cell phone seeing the time she thought on what he said a bit more clearly now. What's the worst that could happen? Maybe... just maybe he knew her? Perhaps she would hear what he had to say...
Sighing she slowly made her way back inside through the other doors away from where he had been and made her way to the restroom he had spoke about. Slipping inside the bathroom she locked the door and looked at herself in the mirror. Maybe he wouldn't show up after all she hadn't given him and answer-- instead she had bolted. God she hoped she was doing the right thing...
Memory (Closed RP with Flurryqueen)
The girl stood there, holding the money out to him, but he had forgotten that he’d even asked her for it. He was too busy staring at her wallet. Did she just happen to have a weird design that changed as she touched it, or was she…
He shook his head to snap out of his trance. Don’t be ridiculous, Jack. No one else seemed to have these weird icy strangenesses following them around. It was only him, and he dared not breathe a word of it to anyone. While he couldn’t remember anything concrete about his past, he at least remembered that being different was dangerous.
Jack took the money from the lady, but remembering what had happened with the chocolate bar, he made sure to get a good look at it before he took it into his hands, even though he only had a couple seconds to look without seeming suspicious. But those couple seconds were all he needed to notice the frost patterns on the bills before he had even had a chance to touch them.
"Holy shi-" He clamped his mouth shut, remembering that reacting to this was not a good idea for either himself or for her if his suspicions were correct, not to mention that it was against company policy to swear while on the floor in the presence of customers.
He looked up at the woman again, and his resolve deepened. She might think him creepy if he asked this of her, but he had to know. He leaned as close to her as he dared and spoke in a whisper.
"I’m going on break in like ten minutes. There’s a family restroom in the layaway department where we could talk in complete privacy. Meet me there?"
He coughed and pulled away, turning back to the register as he crossed his arms over his chest, a reaction to the complicated mix of awkwardness and embarrassment. He hoped he was doing the right thing. Otherwise he would just come off as a creeper. Who knows, maybe that was what he had been before. How was anyone to tell until he regained his memories? If he ever did…

Elsa could understand his feelings there, "I do know what you mean there. Started working a few weeks ago at a Bookstore just up the street." She continued to smile at him as he rung up her item. She had noticed the swirl of frost on the chocolate bar before her eyes locked with his.
Despite her calm look and composure the temperature around them had dropped just a few degrees. He had noticed the frost before she had, her heart sped up in her chest. She was completely unsure of why the cold followed her around or the 'small' weird things that happened. It came with not remembering who you were, as if that weren't stressful enough as that is to just wake up one morning and not remember anything about your life... No top it off with unexplainable things happening around you as well.
Elsa had noticed what he had done and the action had confused her but she didn't question it, after all he wasn't questioning the frost. "Oh.. Uh. Right." She reached to grab her wallet out of her back pocket and opened it. Pale slender fingers opening it but her nervousness was getting the best of her, small swirls of frost barely noticeable against the blue material began to form and spread. After a moment she noticed and pulled out the money holding it out for him to take.
Why now? Why did this have to happen now? She hadn't had an incident with this all day-- why now?
Memory (Closed RP with Flurryqueen)
Jack blinked as he stared at the woman in front of him. Why was she bothering to ask him if he was okay? Was it even her business? He blinked and shook his head, clearing his mind of such thoughts. He had obviously made it very clear that something was bothering him, and it wasn’t her fault for being concerned. Obviously she was just a caring person, and he was just a jumpy one who wasn’t used to being addressed.
He wondered what she meant by “Not quite”, but didn’t bother to voice the question aloud. Still, he couldn’t help but wonder if that was some kind of flirty remark or something, as half the girls who had come through that day had attempted to flirt with him in one way or another. But then, it was really none of his business, was it?
"I-I’m fine," he said, pasting the smile back on his face for her benefit. "Just getting used to the new job and all. Kind of tricky, you know? All these different buttons and codes you have to memorize." He laughed self consciously and picked up her chocolate bar to scan it, when something made him flinch and look down at the chocolate bar itself.
There was a trace of ice on the wrapper. How had that happened? He knew that one wasn’t his fault since he hadn’t felt anything weird in his body upon picking up the chocolate. Jack didn’t know where the ice came from or why it followed him around, but he always felt it first in his body before it would appear on other things, yet he hadn’t felt this. They hadn’t tried storing it in the freezer, had they? No, that would just be stupid.
He glanced up at the woman again and locked eyes with her. Maybe she…? No, that was ridiculous. As far as he knew, he was the only one with this problem. It obviously had something to do with him, not with her, and he needed to make sure to cover his tracks before she saw. He carefully brushed off the ice before tossing it in the sack, pasting a grin on his face as he did so that he hoped looked innocent.
"That will be $2.50," he said, waiting for her to respond. He really hoped she hadn’t seen that. He wouldn’t know how to explain it. Even he didn’t know what was going on.

Elsa had been lost in thought as she had been wandering the store, the chocolate aisle she wasn't sure how long she had been standing in it just staring at the chocolate bars before she snapped out of her thoughts. She wasn't sure why but standing in the chocolate aisle something had been scratching at the back of her mind, hoping her mind would release a glimmer of a memory she had stood there.
Elsa had finally given up on the memory and grabbed one of the larger bars of chocolate and went to check out. She had saw him the line empty and he seemed down and perhaps that's what drew her to him, she wasn't sure.
Setting her items up on the belt she watched as he sat up and greeted her, with a forced smile. If she didn't know better she would have believed the smile. A friendly smile pulled at the corner of her lips, "Not quite." She answered before she could think over her answer. "But that has nothing to do with shopping." She joked softly but her cerulean eyes glanced away a sort of pain and loneliness behind them.
Shaking her head of her thoughts she looked back at him putting a smile upon her face once more. "Thank you for asking." She stepped closer, "Are you alright though? Something seemed to be bothering you-- long day?" She asked trying to be friendly. Only slightly concerned about the stranger.
Memory (Closed RP with Flurryqueen)
Jack couldn’t shake the feeling that something was terribly wrong.
Granted, no one would argue with him on that point if they knew about how he had woken up one night a few weeks ago with no recollection of anything that had happened before. Most people would argue that memory loss that severe was something wrong indeed, but something nagged at the bag of Jack’s mind that he couldn’t shake off. Was he more than just a simple cashier working a lame minimum wage job at Wal-Mart, or was he just being wishful?
He wouldn’t have even known what to call himself if his employers hadn’t contacted him right away and started calling him by his name: Jackson Overland. He’d apparently just gotten the job at Wal-Mart before whatever it was that had taken his memories had occurred. At least it meant he wouldn’t have to relearn his job since he was technically still in the training stage, but it was kind of disturbing to not even remember interviewing for the position.
A girl came up to the register and plunked a handful of cosmetics on the belt. He picked the first item up and scanned it, catching his reflection in its little mirror just before he tossed it into the bag. That hair of his was so strange. He was either quite the punk for bleaching his hair that white or had a case of albinism. Part of him wanted to go to the doctor to check which it was, but a shiver ran up his spine at the thought of the doctor. There was something foreboding about meeting with a medical practitioner. Something that hinted at danger.
He shook his head to banish the irrational fear from his mind and looked up at the girl and smiled. “Is that all for you today?”
"Yep," she said, "Unless you can get me some of that awesome hair of yours."
Jack laughed and took the girl’s money, then quickly made change and handed it back along with her receipt. “Thanks,” he said, “Glad to know I’m awesome.” The girl giggled and walked off with her purchase, and Jack breathed out a weary sigh and crumpled down onto the scanner, burying his face in his hands.
This facade was so hard to wear day after day, pretending nothing was wrong just so he could continue living his life. Was anybody else suffering like he was? Probably not. This was probably something he had to go through all alone.
The sound of some things plunking onto the belt made him jerk out of his pity party and paste his phony smile back on his face. None of the customers needed to see him like this. There was no sense in making any of them unhappy when they had nothing to do with his struggles.
He greeted the person as he scanned their first item. “Hi there. Find everything you need today?”

I will be attempting to make Elsa more active today. I will be responding to old roleplays-- if you don't want to continue them let me know or ya know just ignore them -shrugs-.
I need to also fix up Elsa's blog all together. Might make a verses page just for the hell of it since I have 4 distinct ones already.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:
I will be attempting to get on here more again. But first thing's first.
I do not watch Once Upon a Time so I have no idea what's going on there. Do NOT pressure me to watch it. I will in my own time.
