What is "supposed to be" is based in the system at play, and that system is capitalism, which inherently discriminates and favors particular groups

In contrast, what should be is a fair system where people are inherently treated well and have their needs both recognized and met, which we have all the supply and ability for, the only thing missing is the opening and attitude
