GUYS I had a dream a while back about a dystopian au in which the SQUIP wins and creates a "utopia". I made an au from it but I want to share some things from the base dream alongside some things I built up on in the AU:

-The city the SQUIP created was surrounded by a dome

-Jeremy was its right hand man basically

-Will Byers was in the dream for some reason. The first and only scene between Jeremy and Will Byers happened when they were both fixing a billboard And Jeremy got a note, but he couldn't read it because the SQUIP was blocking it, so he gave it to Will but Will couldn't read it because his SQUIP was also blocking it (perhaps there is some sort of underground operation trying to contact Jeremy?)

-at one point there was a scene where the SQUIP was teaching Jeremy how to fight? Probably for guard related reasons.

-Jeremy went to an elementary school at some point where the kids were making literal propaganda about not leaving the city/messing with the wires under the city

-Like there was a superhero character that stopped the wire diggers. I interpreted this to mean the wires kept all the SQUIPs on/kept their control over the city? Kind of dark but interesting that my brain came up with that.

-there was a scene where Jeremy tried to lead an escape attempt but failed, which happened before the last scene in the dream. I interpreted this to mean that Jeremy has tried to escape several times in the past but has failed. Everyone's memories were wiped each time.

-The last scene in the dream involved the SQUIP waking Jeremy up early to go check on his neighbors because they were being suspicious according to the SQUIP. This is where I got the idea that Jeremy was the SQUIP's right hand man in operations.

-He got dressed and it was revealed that Jeremy was trans and the SQUIP didn't care/was fine with that

-Diversity win! Superquantum robot dictator is not transphobic!

Anyways I've called this AU Squipville and I made a playlist for it, still adding songs to it though
