there’s nothing funnier and more chronically online than people getting mad at other people for “not speaking up about (x) matter” like besides how hilariously funny it is that you think you can tell other people—especially strangers—how to use their platforms, admitting to them that you actively stalk their accounts just to see if they’ve spoken up about things you want them to speak up about is so??? girl, the universe does not revolve around you. how others use their platforms is none of your damn business. and like… judging others’ moral compass based on what they don’t post about just tells me you spend too much time on internet, possibly tiktok specifically. go outside and talk to real people about, I don’t know, the weather or how their day was, etc.

strangers on the internet don’t have to explain to you why they use their platforms this way or that way.

Teacher and staff appreciation week is over. They celebrated by sending out permission slips to the whole school for a field trip to a movie theater, then sent out the news that the only students who could go were the ones who leveled up on the standardized tests. In a robo call. 50% of our parent body doesn’t speak English and don’t have working phone numbers. *girding myself for chaos*
