Sulley and Mike
youtube
I always through the monster in monster Inc where cute not really creepy. I like that fact that they use tools Mike was a very simple designs and he didn't plan much for it.
Sulley they used wire and foil to make a base for it. I like that they use tools to make the fur realistic. then they painted it and to make it look more creepy than the movie.

Poster Development
I didn't really know where to start on the poster design. I knew I wanted the little girl and the monster in it. So I decided to do the monster and to do the monster and the little girl looking at each other. I had to redraw it 3 time because I didn't like them. Finally liked the last one of the monster I drew. The last one I did look cuter than the first one I did which looked so creepy and I absolutely hated everything about it. So I changed so now it looks cuter. I think it kind of looks like a Pokémon character which I think it looks cool.
I did already have a design of the little girl. but I just changed the proportion of her and her body rotation. and I like the girl has a mixed of boys and girls colours which I think it good because its not all one gender. Once I got girl and the dragon and the girl in right potions I liked, I left it as that.
For the layout of the poster I placed a light blue circle behind the characters, I changed the size of it several times until I liked it so I made it bigger. And I made the character have some shadows under neither the characters. I used the Howdy Kola to make it look so cute and I think it was perfect for this poster and I made it pink. Then I write secret by hand and put a white stroke behind it. Then I made the background dark blue. I used my wallpaper line art to make it look different than the other poster I have done in the past. This poster is for a new animated series.

Process of making Cosmo

Once the monster was baked for about 10 minute's I took it But some of the hair and a wing fell off. So I had to glue them back on. Once the glue was fully dried I started painting it. I went in with a darker colour on the model first. While I was painting the dark Purple on it things on the model started to break off. I wasn't going to mess around with gluing them back on in that moment in time. So I started sponging the light purple onto it. More things were falling off, once I finished painting everything I only glued back on the noticeable ones back on. then I then I started painting the teeth. I painted in the teeth in yellow first I waited until it dried. Then I painted in white. Then I fixed any parts that need to me fixed.
Then I started making toys and little bits for the kids and smudged things on the furniture because kids leave thing everywhere. I used coloured super scupley so it makes it easier for me so I don't need to paint it. I just need to bake it and the room will be ready.

Cosmo Development The Dragon
I used some of the design from a worksheet I have organically made. I scanned it in and I placed it into photoshop. I added a new layer to trace on top of my own work and to add anything that needs to be changed.
I wasn't certain on a colour to I placed purple on to it to see how it looks. I did add the fluffy bit on the tail for this drawing but on the other drawing and model I didn't put it on because I thought it looked batter without it.
It looks good even tho its not finished.

Furniture development

Then i started to paint all the furniture all in , I wasn't too sure on what colours to make it. so i made it blue and pink so it can be for girls and boys.
I made a duve and mattres and a pillow. I made the mattres by using a sponge and sewing some material on top of it to make it look like a mattres. For the duve I used some fluffy sheet thing. I sewed the sheet to make look like a duve cover and I did the blanket stitch and i pinned it onto the mattres so it doesn't fall off and move about. For the pillow I used the same material that I used for the material. I placked some stuffing into it to make it fat and I sewed it together.
once I placed it all together it looks super cute.

Making Bed And Refining The Furniture

I made the bed with different wood. I sanded some of the frames to make them look like bed frames. I cut holes into the frames so I glue the wood into it so it can stand by itself. Then I refined some of the furniture. I made some draws for the chest of draws to make it look like the chest of draws. The toy box lid I made it a little ruff so it looks like it has been used. I had to make sure nothing was missed on making the furniture

This is in the Bible
youtube
I'm very fond of that they draw the designs out first before making it. its interesting that someone uses foam to carve and put the shape to it then foil it all up. then starts to make the model it which I think it a new technique I could try in the future at some point. I like how realistic and all the pens they used to make then. I think I should try and use this in my work at some point. I like all the details they put into sculpture that they made from the bible. I like that they put certain parts in separately. I think I could use some of these techniques in my work but with super super sculpey instead because I don't like to work with clay.

Acrylic Paint and Polymer Clay and Super Scupley
It’s important to use these for my work because it would make it more noticeable and it will attract more people to see what I have made. The issue I had with small scale I made with a teddy is because I had to make sure I had all the portions right and I had to make sure everything looked right and it was extremely hard to sew everything together with was extremely hard because it was such a small scale. I love to making things but I have to be careful the scale I go to. And the materials I use because there might not be be enough of it.

Sustainable Modelmaking
The sustainability and the ethics is really important to us because it can effects how much material we use and how we do use it. Like with plywood it can be harvested the wood so there will be plenty of wood. But not all wood can be harvested like that so you won’t have loads of the same wood. And some wood is very difficult to find because not all woods grow in the same country.
Balsa isn’t a typically an option in the certain modelling because it’s has very low density and strength and limited structural use and non standard material and inconsistent materials properties. So if I did anything with balsa wood it would break straight away. So it was better to use a different type of wood.
The spruce and balsa types of wood. The balsa is extremely light and soft and spruce is light and much denser and stronger than balsa.
Balsa isn’t very strong and dents and it very crush able to easily. Spruce is strong and stiff for its weight it’s often used for in structural applications.
Balsa is a model airplane and crafts and insulation and lightweight core in composite materials but the Spruce musical instruments aircraft frames and construction.
These wood are all two different types of things.

Kids Wallpaper designs
All these wallpaper look cool and pretty but you should really be discriminated against gender because of the colour or patterns of the wallpaper because boys might like pink and girly colour and girl can like boy colour like every one can like any colours. Some parents will decide kids wallpaper and some parents won’t even let them have any wallpapers but I think kids should have wallpaper in the room so they don’t feel sad I like colours wallpaper would make them happy. Like I does bring any children’s room to life like it’s a life.

A Brief History of wallpaper V&A
Wallpaper originated in China around 200 B.C. with hand-painted rice paper. It spread to Europe in the 16th century, where it became a cheaper alternative to tapestries. By the 17th century, block-printed wallpapers were popular in England and France. In the 18th and 19th centuries, technological advancements like roller printing made wallpaper more affordable and accessible. Designs ranged from florals to scenic panoramas. In the 20th century, new materials like vinyl made wallpaper more durable and washable. Today, wallpaper remains popular for its variety of patterns, textures, and ease of use in interior design.
With these wallpaper and the wallpaper that I made there completely different because these was more detailed and it has more meaning behind it. These wallpaper have are really cool and pretty and they do sent a mood some of them might look dark and gloomy with this can suggest that is a very sad and awful and depressing place. And some of them might look might and colourful and this can suggest that this can a very happy and enjoyable place and you can have a great life. I don’t think kid in this generation would like this. But kid in 18,19,20 centuries would like these wallpapers.

William Morris
William Morris has believed that design should reflect the beauty of nature. His wallpaper has featured intricate patterns inspired by flowers, vines, birds and foliage rendered with a naturalistic flowing quality. However people nowadays use machine print wallpaper but it didn’t look as rich as people who do it by hand.
During the Morris time from mid - to - late 1800s, wallpaper was already being used widely especially in the middle class Victorian Homs. Bust most of it was a mass production and low quality and they were poorly designed. Morris saw an opportunity to change that.
I like all the different designs of the wallpaper and I like that the Victorian era used wallpaper which I thought they didn’t. Which I think it’s quit cool and I like that he took inspiration from the nature from around them.

I think they look at all sorts of dinosaurs body's and there structure before they even start anything. Then they cut the shapes into cardboards and stick some twist wire to it which I don't really get the point of it. Then they cut the shapes into wood.
This video is very different than the ones that I usually watch because the one I usually watch there made out of super super scupley there not usually made of cardboard, foam. They use foam clay which is super stretchy and it looks super easy to use and i like that they are showing us all the process. I like that there using tools to make all the details. I like how there paint is its a very different techniques.
I like all the details on it and i think it looks cool and i think that they did a photoshoot with them.
