Dentist's beginning: graduate's troubles

So last week was my 1st week as a dentist at one dental clinic here in Czech republic. 

I am very stressed and upset about the time management and I am having real troubles making compromises between patient's financial capability and the best treatment. 

How are/were your beginnings? Were you sure you made the right decision, or were you so scared as I am, if the work will be all right and with no complications? Did your ideals you had from university fall apart or are you trying to reach them despite the failures? 

What are your meditation techniques during a stressful workday? How do you relax in your free time, so you don't think about work all the time?

I can't sleep thinking about every patient I treated and I cannot get rid of the fear i didnt manage to keep a dry and clean operating field as many patients can't afford a rubber-dam, I have nightmares about pulpitis and RCT, but I strongly hope this fear will be smaller and smaller every week.

Konspirace

V pražském metru se ztratila třída 2.B základní školy. Není divu, že DPP z toho má dost průser, poněvadž jak se asi mohlo 15 dětí ztratit mezi zastávkami. Množí se revizoři, kontrolují se občanky. 

"Vážení cestující, z důvodu pohřešovaných 15 dětí prosíme nastupujte."

Já nenastoupím, protože z tunelu slyším zvláštní zvuk a vidím světlo, jenže vlak to být nemůže, ten na té koleji jede druhým směrem. Zrovna přijíždí, a jakmile vjede do stanice, zvuk ustane a světlo zmizí. 

Jdu se podívat do tunelu a zjistím, že tam je rozbočka a obrovská dřevěná konstrukce, spleť kolejí a trámů, pavučiny a prach, který štípe do nosu. Jdu dál a dál a vidím zdroj světla, které jsem viděla na konci tunelu, je to starý opráskaný policejní auto na kolejích a má rozbitý pravý reflektor. 

Jdu dál a níž a hlouběji a najednou dole v bahně slyším oněch 15 ztracených dětí, které se odtamtud nemohou dostat. 

Běžím ven, a z té obrovské konstrukce vylezu ven s tím, že musím sehnat pomoc. 

U vchodu do tunelu mě ale zastaví americký prezident, který zde kdysi rozestavěl rozsáhlou podzemní síť, ale z politických důvodů ji nemohl dostavět. Pokud bych ty děti pustila, nemohl by zachránit Zemi před invazí a jeho by již znovu nezvolili. 15 dětí je oběť, kterou je ochoten podstopit pro záchranu lidstva. 

But we need to go deeper. Sekretářka a milenka prezidenta o tomto věděla. Ovládá mistrovství boje nůžtičkami na nehty a celou dobu se snaží prezidenta zdiskreditovat. Spojím se s ní a díky odposlechům se nám podaří ho donutit, aby ty děti propustil. 

Otvírá bránu, ale v tom slyšíme zlověstný řev, ozývající se z útrob konstrukce, rychle ji zase zavře s tím, že to nejde.  "Dole jsou atomy radia, děti tím, že tam byly více než 14 dní, zmutovaly."

Dveře otevřel a do světa vypustil 15 mutantů... děti bez trupu jen s rukama, samotné hlavy pohybující se na prstech a několik, které nápadně připomínaly Raymena.
