For anyone who doesn’t believe they can do it, you can. I️ believe in you, even if you don’t always do. On the left is me from March 26, 2017. The right is today, November 10, 2017. That’s 7 months, 15 days. This is the difference 33lbs can make. You got this. Be strong, be safe ♥️

72 calorie burrito bowl recipe
Ingredients:
½ cup of cauliflower rice (18)
1 tbsp of low fat sour cream (29)
2 tbsp fat free refried beans (23)
(Optional if it’s still too dry for you) 1 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk (2)
Directions:
First heat up your rice the way the packaging says for you to and stick the refried beans into the microwave for about 10-20 seconds (or until it’s warm) then combine everything together. Adding the 1 tbsp of (warmed up) almond milk just makes everything a tiny bit creamier in my opinion but you don’t have to add it.
Makes one serving

130kcal for an ENTIRE chocolate cake

If you’ve already seen this recipe on MPA, it’s because I posted it there a while back. Anyway, here it is:
Ingredients
20g all-purpose flour (72.8)
10g cocoa powder (22.8)
2 egg whites (34)
40g allulose (14)*
Total Calories: 143.6kcal
*You can, of course, use zero-calorie sweetener if you’d like. The resulting cake will be 129.6kcal.
Instructions
Beat the egg whites to soft peaks and add in the allulose in 2-3 stages, mixing well between each addition. Continue to beat to form stiff peaks.
Fold in the flour and cocoa powder, being careful not to knock out too much air from the meringue.
Put the batter into a cake tin, flatten out the surface (or don’t and get an ugly cake), and bake in a preheated, 170˚C oven for 20 minutes.
Turn off the oven but leave the cake in there for 10 more minutes.

When I saw I lost a total of…
5 lbs, my wrists seemed less chunky
10 lbs, the back of my shoulders seemed less round
15 lbs, I had lost the hunch behind my back and my stomach had gotten smaller, plus my jawline started showing
20 lbs, my collarbones and the ribs above my breasts started showing, my neck had gotten smaller and my cheekbones started showing
25 lbs, my hipbones were visible when I layed on my bed, and my thighs so tinier when I sat on the shower floor
30 lbs, my arms seemed thinner. I could see bones, nerves and muscle working under layers of fat that had vanished
35 lbs, my calves seemed much more toned than before, and my stomach got even smaller, to the point where I could see my ribs instead of a roll
40 lbs, I became more confident when trying on clothes while shopping
45 lbs, my breasts started shrinking fast, I hadn’t lost in that zone yet
50 lbs, my boss noticed my weight loss and said “wow, is it me or everytime I see you, you’ve gotten smaller?”
55 lbs, I went through my clothes and sent more than half of them to thrift stores
60 lbs, I took a look in the mirror and saw no double chin, no back rolls and no round tummy
At first, you don’t notice the changes. After a year, you’ve forgotten where you even started. But once you start paying attention, you see the results of all those times you cried, starved, overworked yourself or purged. I swear, one day I’ll extend this list to 95 lbs.

Based off a recipe @eyelashetc made,
17 Calorie Vegan Noodles!
1 Package Shirataki noodles (0 Calories, 200g)
2 Tbsp Carrots (3 Calories)
2 Tbsp Green Onion (4 Calories)
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce (10 Calories)
1 Tsp Rice Wine Vinegar (0 Calories)
Garlic Powder to taste (0 Calories)
Directions
Chop up your vegetables, I chopped up a little at a time and put them in my tablespoons to check how much I needed.
Prepare the noodles, follow the directions on the package. Usually it’s rinsing the noodles well, submurging the noodles in cold water, and boiling them for two minutes.
Heat up a pan (I used a bit of Pam to make sure the noodles didn’t stick)
Add the noodles, vegetables, soy sauce, and vinegar to the pan, and stir for about 10-15 minutes to dry out the noodles and make it a little more like a stir fry.
Add a dash of garlic powder if you want to, and you’re done!
And of course you can mix it up however you want, the noodle base is only 10 calories!
This is vegan, gluten free, fat free, low carb, and cholesterol free!

kind of hilarious instance of me being the fat friend
i went out with a friend saturday. first we got lunch at a middle eastern place. she got salad and ate like 5 bites before saying she was full. on the other hand i had already eaten like 3 falaffels. i was like whatever, ima still have fun and not care.
THEN we were at a piercing shop and she was gonna get her bellybutton pierced. but you’ll never guess what. they refused because she was TOO SKINNY. i was like good god. anyway i got off with 800 cals that day which is fine.
