inspired by the great canadian baking show and a full-fledged mental breakdown #2020 I am starting a baking blog. I have lost a lot of my cognitive abilities and that includes articulating myself and writing. I associate a lot of shame with everything I say or do.
but baking?! baking is kind. baking is good. the worst thing that happens from baking is an overload of sugar which perpetuates mental issues for sensitive people, no-
the worst thing that happens from baking is too many baked goods. and you can always offer them to your friends and then it’s like... their problem. lol jk I hope they like the baked goods.
this is what I mean, an abundance of shame.
