i think grossness is a vital aspect of life btw and we all experience it and i think its important to represent in art and i think oversanitization of popular media is 100% our downfall. things are gross and disgusting and yucky and thats life we cannot deny ourselves this

Pride was originally a riot. It's not supposed to be "family-friendly". Those who want family-friendly LGBT spaces are free to just create them. Take places that are already family-friendly and make them LGBT-friendly also. If you don't want to do that, then that's why Pride is still necessary.

this week alone the supreme court made it easier to own a gun, gave cops the ability to not read miranda rights, gave religious schools public funding, and overturned roe v wade and the justices who decided this won't even live long enough to see the extent of the damage they've caused
