Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship (CSSS) is the scholarship program that was introduced by the department of higher education for college and university students. This scholarship program mainly provides financial help to meet their daily expenses for the qualified students on a merit basis. Students who wish to benefit from this program need to submit their application through the National Scholarship Portal (NSP), http://scholarships.gov.in.
