So I woke up at 6 and ran 6 miles this morning, and I was really proud of myself for having all negative splits- each mile was faster than the last! I started out at a pretty easy 9 min mile pace, and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw I was running my last mile at around a 7:17 min mile pace! Like I always say, FINISH STRONG!!

She thinks running is like getting drunk in reverse. With drinking, it feels great at first, but then you start feeling awful. With running, you feel awful first, but then, after you finish, you feel great.
