Sure that pales in comparison to, say, world hunger, but can you imagine having to bring a fire extinguisher on a date? It was detrimental to little old fifteen-year-old me. Point is, you pick up and you deal with the bad things. Sometimes it's easy -- like making a fire extinguisher match your dress -- sometimes it's hard, but you don't let it get to you. You smile and say 'Maybe today it'll be better. Maybe today I won't explode into flames.' And if you do then hey -- there's always tomorrow."

Topaz: I swear they weren’t supposed to be this violent, I have no idea what happened there.

People are allowed to be repulsed by sex.

People are allowed to be uncomfortable with nudity.

People are allowed to be uncomfortable with genitalia, their own or others. 

There are so many reasons why people may feels this way, from dysphoria to being asexual to coping with sexual assault to just straight up that’s how they feel.

And that’s ok.

How about instead of making kids terrified to ever fuck up

You teach them how to cope with the aftermath of fucking up and fix it as best they can

That way they’re not so overwhelmed with anxiety every time there’s even so much as a chance of making mistakes that they never try anything and dread making decisions because of it
