Our 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Villa is located on a freshwater lake in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The beach is calling so catch the tram or take a short 10-minute stroll to the gorgeous white beaches of Destin. Just steps away from this villa is the community pool for everyone's enjoyment!

Upon entering, you will know your vacation is about to start. The upgraded kitchen with the stainless steel refrigerator is large enough to accommodate your needs! You'll love being able to cook in the kitchen while still being able to take in the sites of the lake. The living room has a sleeper sofa and plenty of additional seating. The large entertainment center and TV are great for late nights and the occasional rainy day. Right off the living room is the beautiful patio area. Don't forget to pack your fishing poles!

Make your way to our 2nd floor where many of our upgrades have taken place. To start, the floors have a unique gray tone, a perfect beach feel! The King Master Suite is outfitted with new furniture and décor. Don't overlook his and hers closets. The Master Bath is all NEW too! One of our favorite views of the lake is from this soft, luxury room.

The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and one pull out trundle. This bedroom also comes with an updated private bath! The 2nd floor also features a washer/dryer for your personal use.

The resorts four eighteen-hole champion golf courses are within a mile of the Villa. You can also find a health club, salon, shopping, and many other area activities. Your vacation starts NOW!
