I'm a girl from the Seattle area. Heading into my 30s by restarting my eating habits & gaining strength. At this time I'm doing a bit of low carb/high fat as far as eating habits go & 30DS plus gym workouts (classes, yoga, running & weights) for fitness. I love myself & my current body but want to continue to improve myself in many aspects of my life, including, but not limited to: health & fitness, organization, being less materialistic, philanthropy/volunteerism.Age: 30; Height: 5’3”; HW: 268,CW: 245 (07/24/2014) 254 (05/23/2014),GW: Probably need to lose at least 100lbs & stop at whatever I feel strong at :)
