Ebony sighed, the women everyone warned her about was offering to help her out. Breathing in she nodded. "Help me then. Please." She spoke as she walked closer. 

"Oh gosh." Katherine stated annoyingly trying not to insult her. "Um, First of all, you need to pull yourself together. You can't be afraid or startled by everything," she said. "I can try and help you remember some way. If you want me too. I'm sure you would be too overwhelmed by it, but I'm guessing it wouldn't help at all."

"then why did you? i am not even going to continue." Ebony saw her hand extended and she grabbed it to hoist herself up then she let go, fixing her clothes. "i lost my memory. i cant remember a thing after my parents death." 

"I might have gotten your name from some people in this town, after all, your not a hard one to miss," she said. "I'm not the one to be hurting you, not today," she stated putting her right hand out to Ebony. "You'd better be more careful before someone actually tries to hurt you, let alone, kill you, I honestly can't believe your like this. Your definitely not the old you."

"i never told you my name..." ebony spoke as she walked backwards before falling over. "the crash, matt, my parents..." she couldn't remember to much. "don't hurt me."

" Based on others choices, I’d speak otherwise, but than again it all depends on who you talk too, " she said. “You really have nothing to worry about El-," Katherine corrected herself. “Ebony," she stated. “You’ll know when I’m up to something, that’s when you’ll need to look out for yourself," she said. “What’s the last thing you remember exactly?" she asked quickly.

"I was Elena." Ebony spoke as she tried to remember who this women was that was in front of her. "Katherine...people are telling me to stay away from you."

Katherine noticed her doppleganger or who she thought was hers in front of her. “Let me guess. Your not Elena are you?" she questioned. “Sorry, I’m Katherine." she stated with a slight smile.

Ebony nodded at that idea. "That sounds exactly what I need Bon. Away from Mystic Falls." She smiled towards Bonnie and nodded at the great idea. "I need some fun"

"Hmmmm, California. It’s summer, Ebony. Sun, beach… shirtless boys and lots of fun. A weekend away from Mystic Falls it’s exactly what we need. LA, baby!" she said, excited about this gateway.

Ebony nodded at all of those ideas. She smiled as she looked towards her friend. "I love each and everyone of those ideas Bon." She chuckled and thought of the fun they could have together.

Ebony stopped walking as she heard exactly what Caroline said. Her eyes welled up but she brushed them back. She was still in her spot and every time she was near death flashed before her eyes. A male vampire, old, a fire, Jenna's death, vampires. Everything and it scared her. Her eyes filled with more of the old Elena, like she re-lost Jenna all over again as she turned towards Caroline. "I know I almost died Caroline." She waited for Caroline to catch up with her and she sighed. "Let's go."

Caroline sighed.  Her friend could be stubborn and she was just going to have to deal with it. She knew if the roles were reversed, she’d probably be acting the same way. “You almost died," she reminded her. “I’m just trying to make sure you don’t over do it."  She nodded and rose to her feet, collecting her things again. “We’er going to be late for history though so I guess we better get going. We wouldn’t want people to think we’re skipping again."
