The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said:
"A man is not alone with a woman except that the third of them is the Shayṭān."
Ibn Taymiyyah (رحمه الله) said:
"Non-Mahrams can't be trusted even if they were the most fearing (of Allah). For indeed, hearts change rapidly and the Shayṭān is on the lookout."
(Sharḥ al-'Umdah 4/78)

remember Me; I will remember you. And thank Me, and never be ungrateful.

O Allah, use me and don’t replace me.
This du‘a? It just… grounds me. Like, out of all people… me? Allah chose me to speak about Him? To teach about Him? I’m not special. I’m just this regular, flawed person trying to figure life out. But still He picked me. Not because I’m better, but maybe because I’m trying. And I ask Him, ya Rabb… use me in Your path. Use every drop of me. My breath, my thoughts, my time, my tiny acts of effort , all for You. Let me serve You in the most beautiful, quiet, exhausting (but fulfilling) way. And don’t replace me. Don’t let someone else do what You could have let me do. If there’s better to be done, let me be the one who does it better. Let me grow into it. Let me be enough, for You.

And to your Lord direct your Longing.
As humans, we’re always in a perpetual state of yearning. For someone. For something. A dream. A memory. And we spend so much of our energy, our thoughts, our efforts, trying to attain or appease the object of that longing. But imagine if that longing was for Allah. How easy life would become. How light. How beautiful. Because we’d finally be doing what we were created for but with ease, with love, and with so much hope.

Indeed, those who have said, "Our Lord is Allah," and then remained on a right course - there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve.

Ibn Uthaymeen رحمه الله said:
“If a person were to guide you to the road leading to a city you intended to reach, you would consider that a favor they have done for you. So how about the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, who guided you to the path leading to Paradise? It is his right upon you that you send blessings upon him. Peace and blessings be upon him.”

Some people say in their prayers: " Ya Allah, I do not ask You to avert Your decree, but I ask You for gentleness within it." This is incorrect and a serious misunderstanding .this has nothing to do with submitting to Allah. It is as if one is saying: "Do whatever You want, but make it light!" However, the duty of a person is to ask Allah to remove all affliction entirely.
The Prophet ﷺ said: "None of you should say: Ya Allah, forgive me if You will." Saying the previous supplication is even more severe. If you wish to supplicate, adhere to the words of the Prophet ﷺ when he said: "Ya Allah, grant me well-being; Ya Allah, forgive me; Ya Allah, provide for me," or similar authentic supplications.

Don't quit.
You've come so far. Allah didn't bring you this far to leave you. Don't give up on praying. Why are you so hopeless. Remember that He gives not because of who we are but because of Who He is. So if you feel like you're not worthy or how such an impossible thing could happen for you, keep in mind that He is Ar Razzaq The Provider. And He Provides for each and every person and He makes the difficulties easy. Shaytaan will try to distract you. Don't let him. Think good of Allah and good will come to you.
