Dutch police arrested a bird for its involvement in a store robbery and they put the bird in a cell with bread and water and when the news reported the story, they put a black bar over the bird’s eyes to protect its identity and I promise I’m not making this shit up:

IF YOU NEED TO CALL 911 BUT ARE SCARED TO BECAUSE OF SOMEONE IN THE ROOM, dial and ask for a pepperoni pizza. They will ask if you know you’re calling 911. Say yes, and continue pretending you’re making an order. They’ll ask if there’s someone in the room.
You can ask how long it will take for the pizza to get to you, and they will tell you how far away a dispatcher is.

Find it surprising apparently only 7% of people have experienced it, I thought it was more common, as it's happened to me quite a couple times. o.o
Sleep paralysis is a phenomenon in which an individual, either during falling asleep or awakening, briefly experiences an inability to move, speak, or react. This is a transitional state between wakefulness and sleep, characterized by an inability to move muscles. It is often accompanied by terrifying hallucinations to which one is unable to react due to paralysis, and physical experiences (such as strong current running through the upper body).
