An Honest Heart

Would you believe me when I say that I sat down for a while staring at it for colour coding/symbolism purposes

(Colour coding is basically just reflecting each parts that makes up the Heart. Or the core. Like Blind Devotion, Longing, Submission(cyan), Terror, etc etc)

In all of Hero's designs, they've had 4 eyes

To reference knight armor, he has 6 feathers to replicate pauldrons, a pointed chest, and wings that drag on the ground. Obligatory massive head feather because I love drawing it.

When looking for pictures to showcase the initial inspo I realized that my quality of life design updates are making him more similar to these two. (Lordknightmon and Dynasmon)

So with a few references I've gotten a decent looking open mouth Hero. He still can't fit a lot in his mouth tho.

No old art of gargoyle Hero. I scrapped that idea after two days because I couldn't figure out the under-bite. (Also I LOVE knights)
