today’s food log 🍓
10.20.19 - limit for today: 700
breakfast: kinda low kcals pancakes (130 ca. for two, medium size)
snack (i was still hungry :c): 1 chocolate cereal bar (83)
lunch: my mom made a soup with eggs and vegetables, since she used two eggs for one portion, it’s 180 + approx. 70 of vegetables, so i’d say 250
second snack (oof i suck): i made a super yummy smoothie with a banana (100) and 8 small strawberries (30) plus a glass of soy milk (80), but had just half of it, so 105
dinner: second portion of the smoothie (105)
(i also had two white monsters so 20)
total: 693 ✨
yesterday i ate over 800 kcals so i’ll try to restrict more and more everyday, tomorrow i hope i’ll stay within 600 kcals,, let’s see lmao
