Greetings in the name of St. Paul!

A person who rises from the ashes and fails in the darkest juncture of his life. Surviving stronger, bigger, and braver than before. Championing today in his existence by focusing on his academics to have a bright spot and educational status. I believed that Education is a ticket for all that we can use as an instrument to achieve any desires that we want in life. Are you ready to achieve your dreams in life? Are you ready to make impossible things possible? Are you ready to turn all your imaginations into reality? These questions that go into our minds will be solved because we enrolled at St. Paul University Philippines- an institution that gives quality education to all.

I am Fred Paul Gaduang Espero, a 3rd Year student, 21 years of age from the home of bravery and indigenous people in the World, Rizal Kalinga. Currently, I am taking up a Batchelor of Secondary Education Major in Social Studies under the School of Arts, Sciences and Teacher Education. Since when I was younger, it is already my dream to be an educator for I believe that it is my passion to teach, inspire, and touch the lives of others. Furthermore, this course is my steppingstone as I pursued and achieved my enormous and greatest fantasy in my life and strive to be reality.

Five years from now, I see myself as a successful educator who is teaching from this premier and the most outstanding University not only in region two but in the whole nation and world because as our university stands, no student is left behind and makes a difference globally. In that year, I am also done with my master’s degree and ongoing taking up my Doctoral Degree or my Ph.D. I strongly believe that with all my learning here at St. Paul University Philippines ever since when I was in my first year up to this day is that I will continually treasure, uphold and be grateful. This matter was very important and vital to me because when I started to step down my foot here at our university, they started to mold and transform me into the best edition of myself.

After all, As I am going beyond my journey in taking up a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Social Studies, I firmly believe that this is my best choice. Since when I was a child, it is already part of my dream to be an educator until when I was in Senior High School, this is already the final spot of how I stood stronger with my decisions in life until I decided to take a Major in Social Studies. This major is not an option for me, it is my first choice and never became my alternative. I knew that is one of my core purposes, to be an educator that truly inspires others. Changing the mindset of students nowadays is my tremendous goal since they see Social Studies as a boring subject however, with a positive outlook, I am ready in changing their perspectives and stereotypes against this subject. As a future educator, it is my job and responsibility to be the light in their pixelated sanities.
