Terfs really think that demanding protection for gnc cis girls while also calling for murder of trans men,,, Does something.

Like the line between gnc cis and trans is not a straight clean cut line, and you will very rarely if ever be able to tell exactly where a visibly queer/gnc person falls at a first glance. There's so much gray area.

There's cis women who use he/him and cis men who call themselves "girl" names. There's self ID-ing cis drag queens who use different pronouns based on their persona and butches who call themselves daddy and sir. There's people who you'd think are clearly nonbinary because of how they present and describe their gender but who just don't ID that way. There's every shade of grey imaginable between cis gnc and trans.

So where do they draw the line? What is acceptable gender nonconformity and what makes you an evil trans infiltrator? Is it changing your pronouns? Your name? Self ID-ing as trans? Dressing """too""" gnc? Visibly not passing as your AGAB anymore? Is it not adhering to the suffocating white supremacist beauty standard? Being fat or disabled or black?

Do cis women who look like trans men or nonbinary people at a first glance deserve all the physical, emotional, and sometimes even sexual violence that they throw at trans people? What about cis men who look like trans women or nonbinary people?

When do gnc queers go from supposedly being backbones of the community that we need to protect, to evil freaks that need to be beaten and raped and murdered the same way cishet homophobes want all queer people treated, cis gay terfs included?

GNC cis queers absolutely deserve better, but terfs are complete fucking hypocrites when they imply that they want to protect gnc cis queers and then call a cis woman a tranny for having a big nose.

I could go on about terf hypocrisy (just like how they're supposedly champions for sexual assault victims who also regularly wish for trans people to be correctively raped) but I'll keep this post to one point for now. It's just something I noticed that makes me mad but honestly that's on me for ever expecting terfs to make any kind of fuckin sense.

you are missing the point the point is being missed so much and I am so tired. most utopian visions of the future do not account for anyone who is not able-bodied. sure, maybe you’re on the extreme end of the social model, but you still have to look around and wonder where all the wheelchairs and white canes and sign languages have gone

it’s not progressive or interesting to say your utopia has no disability because all disabilities are social if you’re not going to take this point seriously. there is a huge gaping hole in the popular ideas of a perfect future, and that hole is full of the disabled people supposed “progressives” shoved out of their way

bloc up, mask up, protect your identity/avoid sharing germs with your comrades (here is some info on bloc: https://crimethinc.com/posters/black-bloc-tactics). cover your face and your fucking tattoos.

turn your phone off!!!! for the love of god. even if it's locked, even if it's in your pocket or backpack. better yet, throw that shit in a faraday cage or a microwave in the back of your comrade's car.

wear sturdy close-toed shoes. for the love of christ do not let me catch you wearing platform crocs even if the action strap is on.

dress for the weather. cool kids avoid temperature-related illnesses like hyper- and hypothermia. wear layers you can easily take on and off.

know where your medics are. most of us mark ourselves with red crosses. we're also usually carrying huge backpacks full of fun things like bandaids and gunshot wound kits. yell "medic" loudly and repeatedly if you need help.

know your exits and escape routes. don't get kettled by cops or caught in a panicking crowd. if shit goes south, calmly make your way out of the crowd. just keep your head on a swivel. it gets easier the longer you're a paranoid asshole like me.

you can breathe through tear gas (barring medical conditions like asthma ya feel me). you will panic but you need to keep trying to breathe until you're out of the cloud. use your shirt or a bandana to cover your nose and mouth if you can.

do not let people pour milk in your eyeballs if you are exposed to pepper spray or tear gas. the protocol is 15 minute eye flushes with cool clean water but you're not likely to get that on the street tbh. let a street medic pour lukewarm bottled water over your face as you scream—channel your anger into hating the genocidal governments that have put you in this position.

let someone know where you are. write their number on your arm in sharpie. if you get arrested you're gonna sit in jail for a hot minute and you don't want your partner/roomies/parents sitting there worrying the whole time.

don't fucking police comrades. property destruction is based and everyone should do it. if you can't smash it, burn it down.

Vent cos I just can't anymore

Ykw I'm actually so tired of going into school everyday just to have to hold in and conceal sensory overloads in every single class cos the teachers can't control the other students, and to go home with heaps of homework and be too emotionally and mentally drained to do anything

And I'm sick and tired of the students never giving a shit because I've asked them to not be so loud around me, and all I get in return is dirty looks from them, and then they're even louder, as if they think I'll suddenly not be autistic anymore

On friday I had a huge breakdown in school cos I just couldn't conceal the constant overloads anymore, and now I have to go back in tommorow just to go through the same shit all over again and again cos there's literally nothing anyone can do

There is functionally no difference between doing something nice because you actually care and doing something nice because it makes you feel good or because you think you're obligated to.

A charity does not care if you're only donating because your religion says you should; either way, your money is still going to help people. That little old lady next door does not care if you only help her with gardening because being thanked makes you feel good, it's just nice to have some extra hands.

"Fake it til you make it," is a phrase for a reason but it's also okay if you NEVER make it, if you never feel the "correct" emotions behind your actions. Your thoughts and feelings matter considerably less than the impact your actions have on other people.
