Idk if I told yall but my company put me on as lead on a new hotel construction job. They gave me a helper and a temp truck. My helper isn’t going to make it. He’s been with us for 2.5 years and he’s just lazy. They put him with me to try and give him one last shot but I have no time for lazy people on a construction job. I hate being mean to people I don’t feel any hate towards. I don’t feel hate towards this guy.

I feel bad actually but at the same time I just don’t have the energy nor the patience to hold another man’s hand on a construction job. When I started I didn’t know shit but I at least asked questions and did my best to keep up. He just doesn’t care. Idk he has until Friday but I believe he’s not gonna make it. If he was 18 and never held a job before id cut him some slack. Other people have tried talking to him but to no avail.
