Legends Vol 1 translated!

Hi, you might have heard this series (aka "Densetsu") was Nisio Isin's take on superheroes? In any case, here's Legends Vol 1: Legend of the Unwonted Scream!

Let me preface it by saying that I'm ONLY translating the first 3 volumes (out of 10). I really don't like how the story develops after this one, so I'm settling on this as a compromise. If all volumes were as memorable as this first one it would be a no-brainer, but as you'll see, they unfortunately aren't.

If you're curious about the title, I'm following what the comments in the wiki (https://nisioisin.fandom.com/wiki/Densetsu_Series/Works) said, apparently they have like three layers of silly wordplay? It's not a perfect explanation, but it's the best I've read.

Now, after a catastrophe, a particularly unfeeling boy meets a swordswoman (see above) and gets involved in a bizarre organization…?
