I think my ED saved my life.
It’s super weird starting your ED when you’re obese or overweight because it is through an unhealthy practice that you become healthier. I was clinically obese when this started and I have doctors and advisors telling me that I need to end this ED as soon as possible but all I can think of is how because of this ED I’m a “normal” BMI for the first time in my life. My blood pressure is better. I eat healthier foods. I’m at a normal weight. I can exercise easier. My clothes fit me. My skin is clearer. I sweat less and smell better. I pay closer attention to how I take care of myself. I am more confident in my body. People are nicer to me. More guys talk to me. People compliment my outfits. Life is easier. I think my ED saved my life.
